Rafael Garcia takes us on an amazing journey as he shares his journey into the Heavenly Realm, thousands of past lives, future events, and stepping into another Universe. In addition to being an experiencer of what is beyond this world, Rafael is a Quantum Healer and Ascension Coach. The Unity Consciousness system you describe sounds a little bit like the concept of human security as introduced in the United Nations Development Programme's 1994 Human Development Report. I am a retired military guy who saw (and still sees) a lot of corruption in the national security systems around the world. I have advocated for many years that we need less national security and more human security - - or said another way, build bridges not bombs

Shortly after Thanksgiving, my husband and I were putting up Christmas lights. As I was stringing the lights on a shrub, I had this flash of a vision. I sometimes have visions deep in mediation, but never in everyday, waking life. What I saw was from a first-person pov. Myself and others were gathered in a city. The government had just fallen (basically just became irrelevant as no one listened to or obeyed them anymore) and it was the moment we all realized that it was all over and that we were free to rebuild a new and better world. I sensed very strongly that all the people gathered in the crowd were good, honest, moral people who genuinely wanted the best for the new world we were to create and the welfare of future generations. I had the sense that the government had been losing more and more authority over the course of about 7 or 8 years and it had officially ceased to exist at this moment. It was really beautiful and I hope this was a vision of the future. That, or just a super vivid day dream lol

What Rafael describes as Utopia is what I've been calling the New World of Love. I was shown 12 years ago or so that it was already an overlay on the Earth. My work has been to call it down. Bridge the gap. I can move my Awareness there and feel how wonderful it is. These days part of my daily practice has been to receive a download of those frequencies of the New World of Love into my body. Yes, I do feel them. They feel amazing! And I work with my body and subtle bodies to remove blocks so that they can express and manifest through me.
I loved hearing about the parallel lives, too, because I've had some experience with my own. I sometime tune into them all at once and if I feel any sort of heaviness, then I send out a transmission of loving energies to support all of them/me in living our lives. I can feel the difference!
Our minds can block us, but if we can hold the possibility of things being true, we open to being shown by our own Higher Selves. They are waiting for us to reach for them and connect. And they are nothing but Love.

For me, the "elephant in the room" question is:
If what he said is true, how are men's corrupt nature will all of a sudden become good ???? Generally, men always take advantage of any new technologies for their own good.
I was asking the same question once. I got an answer, telepathically I heard: "I am going to make you uncorruptable ".
This was profound. I remember exactly where I was when this happened. That's normally a clue for me that I see the truth through the veil.

@danielrenaud4639 I tell you one thing, when you ever "hear" something like this then you know that it is true. Things have happened in my life that are literally from beyond. There's a knowing that is different from what we call knowing.
It's difficult to explain, if you don't have the experience. Like talking about color with someone who is color blind.

I get your point and I don't place any restrictions on getting to the truth. I'm very open but careful regarding the other dimension.
The thing is that testimonies contradict eachother. For example one will say that he was there and say that hell and judgment don't exist, while someone else who was there says that hell and judgment is real.

As someone who is filing for Social Security and my pension soon, the possible collapse of economic systems is concerning. I am no longer able to do regular work. It's worrying 😟 I would love a Unity consciousness. ❤

Made it! A little hard to understand but I did get a lot from it. I do beleive that this world thinks a lot about money and how to have more instead of how can I make this world better. That has to change in order to have a better world. Greed and ego have gone to far. That has to change if we all want a better world. Love is bigger than money.

Hi Heather, thanks for your programme. I did enjoy listening to the story, what an experience!!! I do see things changing. Change is the one constant in life. Although in terms of our political systems, social and economic. The old paradigms and metaphors used describe reality, the distribution of wealth, and education. Are still extremely powerful. Notions about war have such a political and economic grip on generating wealth for the few. The symbolism of the Putin-Trump administration and China is ingrained with older and very powerful language to keep the status quo. Old wounds, eg the Middle East, are still very young.

Hello Heather. I have just started this journey into watching NDEs and podcasts etc in an effort to find out if my daughter has gone on. Is there life after death? She has only past recently and I was beginning to feel very positive but then some people who have had NDEs explain something that absolutely throws me. Is my daughter going to be there for me when I cross over or is she going to be somewhere else? in another dimension ? If this is so I want to be with her now and go with her to wherever?
I am so confused.

Andrea, I can't imagine the pain you must be going through. I am deeply sorry about your daughter. My understanding, after listening and reading thousands and thousands of these stories on Near Death Experiences is that you will absolutely see her. This can be kind of confusing, but what I have learned is that there is always a part of us that remains in Heaven, our higher self. Also, time is so differently there. So to her it may seem like only a blink of an eye before she sees you, even though it is a lifetime for you. I have often heard people say that we have soul groups in Heaven that we often reincarnate with. If there is reincarnation you would likely return to earth with her in some capacity. Sending lots of love to you. ❤️
You will see her again like Heather mentioned 🙏 And you will meet her Higher Self as well 🙏

Listening to him felt like any-and-every spiritual term was "cobbled together" and jumbled out, but I did not feel a sense of authenticity and actual experience to go along with that. Sorry. Flipping from one subject after another -- economies collapsing to quantum string theory to Akashic records to 4th dimension to blockchain to utopia -- well, to me, seemed more like using terms to "check a box", except there was no substance to it.
Exactly what I thought. And his staccato speech pattern is hard to listen to.
To my faith journey, this guest is speaking on Our Father, Pater Noster prayer of seeking holiness...best sustainable protection of love to life....God's will...on earth as it is in heaven. So ancient people like before Moses in Egypt when Sahara not desert but had water...living before wars created their climate change....kept hope in after death reward. Medieval times...like Korean film romances...had concept of after life...paradise...supported to abide in peace...held opportunities... as no sin in any possible way...aa unfrustrated place to get life denied by earth.
God to me wants us to have our inspiration for better life set there...in protected heaven...after death existence...for those to have kids or jobs or adventures to develop spiritual gifts. So you can form self to be a good servant once lived out life in paradise before higher more rest heaven. Gentler deaths in paradise. 3D is seeing world around you. 4D is hope of full experiences to be soaked in according to your heritage of being from a people born into unique paradise. 4D has the future freedom and so faith to that...can bring patience to bring parts of that paradise to here on earth.
So not....anything... missed ... even to me as most exciting...ancestors living on nature in supportive way. Plenty of food and interaction with wild and keeping it healthy as respect creation honestly.
And perhaps problem today is not accepting that past society is already sorted into different worlds living out best life. . .though in the grave.
The ghosts who don't go into the light are trying to force stolen generational work on descendants on earth. Very limited vision today of possibility of developing paradise vision ....to diversity of worlds God creates for souls within ethnic groups. Everybody spread out to keep their likes and dislikes.
The hard anointed guides have a sense of being right in 3D way....and eternal as if their death paid for their sins. And can interfere by taking too much from earth and faux humility denial.
No...bad flagellation wanted by God...if close to Spirit..
it is accepted in heart unspoken ...though frequency is there...
God is only One to be Substitute for drawing in Good to create life after sin revealed in society
and allows people to freely have jobs and love and homes as seen as not using corruption to take more than should.
though all levels in society come from a skill set developed from a past of wars and forced marriages and stolen lands. That is our trouble allowing God's Sacrifice speak to resist evil...for all the world, near or far to divine revelation.

This guy's message is in line with predictions by ancient Hindu sages. From 2025 to 2030 the old will be destroyed and by 2032 the 4th age known as the Golden Age will begin, which is all about truth, compassion, love, and happiness.

@Beyond_with_Heather_Tesch It was around 600 years ago a sage wrote all the predictions of the future and it's been translated to English too. It's called the Bhavishya Mallika and there are a couple of interviews with the translator on RUclips on the channel Speaking Tree. A lot of other astrologers and people have picked it up and post on the predictions too.
The Divine Plan is in the universal consciousness field and Akashic Records for everyone to see 🙏

Absolutely, the notion of time is extraordinarily complex. When one stands outside the concept of linear time of past, present and future. Time has a different meaning.
Parallel Universe Theory will be proven soon through quantum computing 🙏 This will prove that all those universes or parallel lives we are living are actually happening simultaneously and our entire understanding of time will shift 🙏

In our schooling systems, our teachers draw out of our students to see their own goodness, truth and beauty, as well as see these dimensions in others and in creation. From a theological perspective is to live a life of wonder and awe. I seen alot of suffering some needless and suffering that calls for compassion for us to grow more into the divine.
I just love this message on the future of the world being so positive! So opposite of what I usually hear! It causes me to really want to live the best life possible while I am here.

This was interesting, about entering a fourth dimension, and pararell universes. I have noticed , I will say a word a x the same word or even lphraes, will be said on TV, this has been happening, for the past 4-5 yrs.

It’s a lot to take in, but yet his impression of the collapse of systems isn’t that different from other NDEers that say we are heading into a time of great challenges, dark days we need to get through to get to a better world. I can’t recall all said this but I think several have like Vinny T., and a few others.
I do like that he says it will lead to a better place of unity, a society focused on forgiveness, and compassion for all.
It is nice that Rafael was very positive about our future and ultimate utopia.

And technology is not going to save us - we need to learn from South Africa (armed, resilient communities) how to treat and transfer risks. Made it to the end. I must say I agree with mankind needing to change in order to move to a better system. The absolute most corrupt system in the world is government. And that includes all governments throughout the world. Major breakthroughs in science might be the catalyst.

Scientifically and mathematically speaking this universe is 4 dimensional. Three dimensions by time. We live in a four-dimensional universe that can only travel in One direction of one of the dimensions. This is spoken about in mathematics

@JerryHanderson-f9u this is a scientifically known thing. The three dimensions of length width and height chill out travel in all directions by time which allows Delta. Delta Bean change in the mathematical world. So we live a four-dimensional reality. The fact that everyone else is too stupid to know this is not my problem.

What He Heather calls enthusiastic, I call scattered on these two videos. I got the impression that he might have been trying to say many of the same things people as Howard Snow said, but he was so unfocused it was hard to tell. Instead of actually answering the question that was asked, he would gloss over the question and go back to his talking points which were partly gibberish. My opinion for what it is worth.

Just being honest i found this guest very hard to listen to. I felt his story was all over the place, disjointed and not well said.
He was very flippant about areas and subjects that were serious ( he didn't express them like they were ).

Heather: What is your process of vetting an individual before allowing them onto your channel? Just curious to see if you even have one…..🫤🤔
I would like to know the same thing, are they vetted and, if so, how is that done? This doesn’t match up with any other NDE I have heard on your channel.
The thing I look at most closely is what is in a person’s heart. Do they seem deeply loving, are they generous and kind? Are they hoping to serve and make the world a better place? Are they genuine and loving toward others? Are they deeply convinced their experience is real? I have met many of my guests in person at the IANDS conference and I see how much they care. NDEs and STEs change people. They truly become more loving people.
What I don’t have is an agenda for them to say certain things or have particular beliefs. Some of guests are religious, some are not. But they all know there is far more to our earthly lives and have seen the wonders of the heavenly realm. I want to learn and in order to learn I can’t limit my guests to say things I am already familiar and comfortable with.
There are many people who reach out to me that I don’t invite on my show. I do feel a responsibility to get it right. I hope I always am a good judge of their sincerity. It is possible I may make a mistake someday but I can assure you I am discerning and put a lot of thought into my decisions to have guests on.
