Hi everyone,
After a powerful start to the year (and a surprise period of enforced silence while I recovered my voice), I’m back - and just in time, because February’s energy is big.
Thank you to all of you for your love, your support, and your messages while my voice recovered. It was a joy to be able to deliver the February Energy Update live for the first time, and thank you to those of you who tuned in live on RUclips.

I’ve never been more clear minded, and have been making huge shifts naturally in my health this week, I started juicing again, working out, cooking all my meals. I feel more confident professionally after what I went through previously in a toxic work environment. I’ve been rising from the ashes and now it’s time to soar high in the sky like a phoenix. I became sober & deleted social media. Best decision ever. I feel in alignment with who I am without any influences to evade my spirit or consciousness. I am getting closer to god ❤

I've taken my health back on last week too. I'm doing keto again, and cutting out all of the poor choices. For me Cutting out the wine was the hardest step. Congratulations to you! I wonder what collective energy wave we're on. I was fully on a great program for years, then lost my love and a few close friends to sudden death in 2022. That sent me straight off schedule. So happy to finally be back on point.

I am definitely experiencing the rise of the inner anger... today I
consciously turned 'WTF..why can't you do that yourself?' into 'Why are you trying to make your problem, my problem'? I was so proud of myself...😂
At least you said something, even if it was the wrong wording.
I just choked on my rising anger, not being able or not knowing how to respond to something that did not feel good. As a result I am dealing with awfully painful irascible anger and paralyzing powerlessness.
I think I just have learned something in this video! ❤

@SandraDee-el8sk my Dad nicknamed me 'nitro' when I was little...as an adult I ruined many relationships...cycled between guilt and shame. ...inner child work freed me from that prison. I am more at peace now...learning empathy for myself and angry people in my life. How do I hold space for an angry person..to let them vent..discharge and process anger within fleeing of barking back..? It is uncomfortable but I need to learn to stand in it..
@michellemonet4358 yes, most definitely...anger serves a purpose. I was just always told it was 'bad' to express it at all...and became a ticking time bomb. I find myself making peace with it...

I was sitting at dinner with my hubby last night, and felt this huge wave of anger out of nowhere, I figured it was the world energy & me being an ESP, I yelled: "I AM FEELING SO MUCH ANGER RIGHT NOW!" Then I felt fine, my hubby was like "OK?" LOL! I defused it before it escalated, which is huge for me since I'm an Aries!! 😆

Airies here also. At this time in my life find myself vocalizing more rather than verbalizing, especially my physical pain. Humming and toning seems to have become my best friend

Yes yes yes! Full body chills about letting go of victimhood. I had a huge awakening this week that I felt like a victim in so many areas of my life and I was not aware of it. I am dropping that identity now. "I am not a victim." Even just saying it out loud to myself shifts something internally. I am feel so much validation from hearing Lee speak to this.
I was thinking about releasing victimhood even before I listened to Lee. I've written in my journal "I am willing to let go thinking that this is happening TO me, and I am ready to see how all this is happening FOR me." It's an effective go-to these days, when I get tired of dragging around my victim. 🙂

Lee, I can see why you like the quote, "Without music, life would be a mistake." I have a different view of it. My sister was born completely deaf, and her life is definitely NOT a mistake! I personally love music -- I majored in music in college -- and yet sometimes I can write a poem and it feels like a form of music. I like to think that all of life is part of Source Energy, so nothing can ever really be a mistake. But yes, music is almost magical in its ability to change and uplift us!

A couple of days ago, the anger hit suddenly and left me wondering where did that come from? Went within and quickly realized it is programming from my own experiences. Quickly changed that anger back to what we all are love. I have now made the choice to be nicer to others and notice quickly when I am not. With the new goal of being nicer to others, realize others are nicer to me. So why I was angry was the ignorance of the love that we are and hold within ourselves for all life, on this planet & off the planet. Thank you for brining that up.
I have recently begun to release a lot of anger from childhood after being raised by narcissistic parents. Today as I was listening to this, and of course resonating with so much of it, I suddenly realized that my mother never had any access to teachings such as these. No one in that generation did. No one before them did. Generations of emotions that had no way to be released or acknowledged or balanced out. We are so blessed to be here now, even with all the crazy around us. We have so much opportunity for learning, growing, and healing. ❤✨🙏🏼

Since January 2024 I have had a title for my life "1% from a huge conflict". It was like everyone I met wanted to argue, and I had to deal with it. Now I know why. I am going to work in a spirituel field, where people could be triggered a lot. I needed to learn every single level of conflict, and how to end it as positive as possible. Love the spirit world. Challenging and magical. I am in the radical shifts. Yes yes yes OMG. The energies are wooooohooooo. I was born for this.

I really want to thank you for this. I had the exact experience today of trying to express a truth to an old friend, about my family’s political beliefs-not even my own. And I woke up to the nastiest meme that said something so awful I won’t repeat it here. But I had that serious rise in anger and was able to thoughtfully express a ton of things I’ve been holding in for years. I believe this ended the “friendship,” but it felt so good to take that power back. Thank you for touching on so many topics I’m literally sitting here dealing with. 🙏🏻❤️

Thank you Lee, I really appreciate you bringing up the experience of victimhood. This is something that has been talked about before. I have been exploring where this energy sits in my body. Wrongly, thinking I don’t really feel like I hold much of that energy. Journalling, I was addressing an attitude of blame towards men, for the wars, holding women down and suppressing feminine energy. The whole patriarchal system that seeks to control and abuse. I realized if I held blame towards men, then I also held a victim consciousness. Seemed like it was subtilely hiding but when I was open to look it was so glaringly obvious. I do honour the beautiful, strong, open hearted men in my life. Addressing this in myself freed me and them. Much love, glad you are feeling much better.
Yup, when we learn to love them and have compassion for them, we will be able to recieve love and compassion too. Being in a negative energy never gets up anywhere positive. ❤
Due to some challenging conversations with my family I'm becoming more confident and I'm speaking out about things that bother me or that are very personal to me. I also feel this restless energy and I MUST move otherwise I feel like I might explode like a supernova 😂🧡🛸

There's so much resonating in this great download. Channeling conscious anger and getting beyond 'right' vs 'wrong' dualistic thinking feels quite appropriate and timely! Sometimes we forget humanity is one large consciousness in dialogue with itself, evolving and iterating toward more balance and harmony. If we can master how to evolve ourselves without making ourselves wrong, we can move into a more conscious relationship with others, evolution and accountability without wronging them. You truly help me and help me understand why these feelings come up. I am glad I am not alone. I cried for hours today and had no idea why, so I went for a walk in nature and had an owl fly up in front of me and watch me from a tree. It felt like a blessing and a sign. I am thankful for this community.

The rise of anger started with me at the end of December it took me three weeks to work through one rise of anger but I got through it and me and the other person worked through our problems and it's just so much better

That uneasy/challenging feeling rising up in you immediately made me think of when I’m spending time with a not so good friend of mine. Sadly the friendship has drifted off but its been hard for me to not dredging up that feeling she brings out in me. I see now that’s a lesson I don’t have to be treated poorly and to stand in my power since she would always deflate, compete, one up and devalue my life in subtle & not so subtle ways.
