I’m leaving this for those reading genuinely interested in developing your intuition... Past 3+ years, I have daily routinely practiced listening to intuition. Whatever it says, I do it. I committed. The results have been astounding. Parking spaces I find, incredible. Opportunities I’ve been given, incredible. Problems I have dodged, incredible. Things it remembers for me, I would have forgotten, so I don’t have to return to the store, incredible. Time saved and less work, incredible! It knows things I will need in future, too, that I don’t realize I will need and it TELLS me to get or grab something I am not thinking of or understanding WHY I need it. Maybe I huff and puff, then I shut up and obey. I later discover how it is needed and intuition was right again. It is always right. I use intuition to pack for trips!!...The energy will tell me “yes or no” for each and every single item I pack. I packed for Colorado knowing what Colorado weather would be. My intuition told me to get rid of 80% of what I was packing. It scared me but I was determined to stay committed. I took a deep breath and unpacked .Sure enough, when I got to Colorado, the weather took a dramatic change. I needed nothing I would’ve brought. I saved myself all that hassle. It is endless, it’s power the gift of it, the majesty of the soul and higher light and God’s Beauty perfection preciseness lightness gentle efficiency and grace. Pity many don’t know! A pity 😕 I pray that is now under great change for a load of people..! 😉😎🤩

Hello, Lee. I'm finding this almost a year later and this is so helpful! Thank you for making this available. It's been a long year and this is a lovely gift. I'm commenting just part-way through, as my big experience with hearing Spirit with at Euston Station, traveling in London for the first time with college classmates. I was with a male friend and there was a little chemistry, but when our hands "accidentally " touched, there was a lightening bolt in my brain and I heard a loud "This is it!" and I thought, I'm going to have to marry him. I was not ready for that revelation at 20 in the London tubes, but I listened and we did get married several years later. I haven't had such a profound communication as that again, but I've always yearned for it. I've had many more subtle hits but I would love to hear and feel that energy again.

Thank you so much for speaking to intuition and trauma in the body! I teach empowerment self-defense for women and also am an intuitive tarot card reader. They make so much sense to me together but it is often a challenge to present them together! Especially in self-defense where 'listening to your intuition' is a big piece of learning to make empowered choices and yet for many women who have experienced trauma in their bodies it can be an incredibly difficult space to access (or want to). You have given me a fresh perspective that is very helpful to me and hopefully my students!

about the Lee's scale (fear or terror): it took me so long to learn this myself... at first i kept pushing myself and being sad or disappointed whenever i wasn't able to make a step forward... (there were times when i would even start to have physical symptoms caused by the terror and the pushing)...
Finally I realized that this was all wrong... that I needed to be gentle with myself. Listen to my body. Be patient. Give myself time. I saw that i didn't have to worry, i wouldn't run out of time... My experience showed me that if i loosened up like that, after a while, what used to terrify me, suddenly wouldn't be so scary at all...
It was just a question of the right timing and as you said, readiness...
I figured this out by myself... I listened to so many teachers searching for answers... The truth is you are the first one I hear talk about this in a clear way... Thank you

I’m beginning to understand just how strong my intuition is, in my younger years I often got in my own way (questioning, doing the opposite, not acting) but now we are more in sync. I actually just got this thought that becoming a mother helped me open up a lot. For me intuition is a feeling, dejavu or simply ”knowing”.
When it became time for me to end my marriage, after years of hardship, therapy and couples counselling, I one day felt my inner voice go ”No, now it’s time” and it was so loud and clear I followed it without questioning, I felt it in my whole body. It aligned me so that I got the apartment of my dreams in the part of town I wanted to live, finding my dream partner and having a great co-parenting experience with my ex husband in the matter of weeks and months.
That is just how I felt when I started using my gifts. I didn’t want the judgement and my background in religion played a huge part of perceived judgement for me. But like u, I don’t give a shit anymore. Doing what I’m called to do. Thank u for sharing❤Appreciate u so much🔥
