I don't live alone, i live with my self ,free to be who i want to be and go where i want to go. My heart is always full of beautiful emotions, and my mind is very creative. People ask me what is my secret and how i can be always happy and strong. Every time a sad memory comes to me, I choose to find a happy thought until I feel butterflies in my stomach. This is like diverting a train that is traveling fast, but you are the one who directs it in the right direction for you. After all, our reality is made of thoughts, and thoughts can be changed. Since I have been living alone, I look ten years younger. I dance alone in my house, I laugh in the middle of the night. When one is capable of laughing alone, this is the most sincere feeling of joy that exists.
I love being alone. I don’t harass myself. I don’t bully myself. I don’t make fun of myself. I don’t cheat myself. I don’t lower myself in any way. I am nice to myself. I am fit, healthy, and strong! Thank you Dad for raising me to be this way 🕊️ ❤
I live alone for the last 10 years. I've never been happier. I have a wonderful life. I'm 55, I have a few amazing friends, I have foster dogs, I do yoga, I meditate every day, I do sport and part time jobs that I enjoy. I eat what I want, when I want. I rely on my self and my intuition, I help my elderly neighbours. I feel fulfilled and I never feel lonely or bored. And best of all I feel the divine energy of the universe, God, in me and all around. I pray for everyone to feel as I do every day.

I tried to find a partner for 12 years after my divorce. No luck. But it wasn’t because I wasn’t finding good men. It was because I was enjoying the new me. The independent me. The one who is able to do things on her own and it was a wonderful feeling. Finding a match with my new self just wasn’t possible. Also, I want to add that trying to meet a man after independence is also difficult because we’re so used to doing things for ourselves. It’s difficult to allow someone to help us . Or we meet men that underestimate our ability and that’s very frustrating. I suppose maybe one day I will fall in love again, but until then I’m in love with myself. ❤
I was more alone when in a marriage with a person who did not freely communicate. Now that I'm alone & dont have to decipher aloof responses, I am more confident, peaceful & content within myself.
I absolutely concur. It's dreadful living with a non-communicator. Equally frustrating, is a partner that is emotionally daft or detached. Eventually, it just wasn't tolerable or doable anymore. I left and have zero regrets for doing so. Intelligent, honest, open communication, in my opinion, is the literal heartbeat of a relationship. Without it, the relationship becomes void, which tends to cause a lot of resentment toward the non-communicator. It's so stress-free, peaceful, and happy, not having to deal with that frustrating nonsense anymore.

This is a wonderful talk. I understand why I am so happy living alone. I crave more alone time. In 7 years of living alone in my own house, my confidence has skyrocketed.
Thank you this has been truly inspiring. I have been married in excess of 50 years to a very dominant man. Recently, he has become ill and I have been taking on a lot of the work that has been previously done by him. I have always dreaded having to do this, as he always made me feel. that I would not be capable of doing it myself. Interestingly, I find myself more than capable. I think that might be true not only for women but also men. I know a man who was living with someone and her kids, being energically swept away by them. Once he started living on his own, things were put into a different, as you say, undiluted perspective and I think it's safe to say that he has invited so much more authentic, tailor-made positivity into his life.

Perfect timing if you want to add to this study. I'm 54yr and will be having discussion to to live alone again after 10yrs with partner. I am only a quarter way thru this epiode and paused to message you. My life has already proved what you are saying true before in my life. Funny.. I have told many.. that I'm the happiest me when I live alone. Not only that but thru this relationship, I integrated with having my own bedroom to sleep. For similar reasons. I'm sure turbulence is coming to get through this separation but I can't wait to feel energetically powerfully free. I already see myself dancing in my home and having so much more energy. I see me excited to take on more projects and so much more motivation! I don't just believe, I KNOW this teaching is true! * 2nd syncrinicity today, that yes, listen to my intuition. Yep, it's a tough action to go through, but.. I'm excited for me more! Authentic Freedom and growth!!! Thank you for being Authentically you and all you do for the whole! Sincerely, I AM... aka Kim
20 years of living alone and this explained so much extremely scientifically. I've always thought that living alone is a flaw of mine, as much as i truly enjoy solitude. This gives me a renewed view and so much love for the kind of live i have. Thank you for posting this vid and thank you, Dr Dispenza for your works😍
@@sararundlett9426 yes, I am the source, have read all of his books and been doing the work of Joe Dispenza for 11 years and have attended many live workshops.
I've been living with myself for 15 years and it's very self empowering. I felt more alone during 25 years of living with my boyfriend and husband. After living with myself, now I feel that I could keep my authenticity and actually live with someone in the future because of this experience. I can walk into a party and not drink like everyone else. I've walked at night alone, in places around the world, and I've been fine knowing that Love is more powerful than fear. I usually surf alone in the ocean and I Love it. We become more comfortable and less reliant on other people, and more in tune with Spirit's guidance, trusting, and flowing. It's very Spiritual. So after 2 years of living alone, and exercising my intuitive muscles, I started my psychic business.
After raising a family, and husband passing, dating a few years.. I chose to live my own life alone.. I am so glad I did and honed my development and happiness..thanks Dr Joe !
It is because we are Sovereign. In almost all relationships, especially with men, even the most egalitarian relationships, we subjugate ourselves on some level. We make ourselves less, in order to get along. When we are alone we can be the fullest expression of ourselves.
I have been doing this most of my life. My book 'Fearlessly Alone' talks to this. And I love my own company. to me Sovereignty is everything and I'm enjoying exploring and embodying it.
The peace of doing for myself without debate is indescribable. My Pupper and Kitty Cat appreciate my decisions without conflict. Amazing. Living in gratitude is the path for the best outcome.
Happy living alone and independently.I don't even have a pet.I do have friends and social life and belongs to a social club.I chose when I want to be around people and family members. I don't need to live in someone else's pocket.
I think the true mastery is staying soveirgn living intimately with others, connected. I feel this empowerement from living alone is a needed phase to solidify the connection to self which can hopefully withstand the energies of others. Being together as separate individuals.
That's very insightful. I think the reason why this is directed towards women mostly is because women are conditioned and expected to give up their sovereignty for the same of others.
Yes!!! I truly love my life living solo, being self sufficient. I cherish my freedom and independence. I can’t remember the last time that I felt lonely.
Intuitive Accuracy, Affect Tolerance and operating from a theta state, I have manifested an incredibly fulfilling life. I love living alone and giving myself the gift of waking happy everyday and maintaining that blissful state until lay my head down to sleep with a little smile.
I’m married but we have our own little world, we get along well, thank you for this video, I’m proud of the women who live alone , I do believe if we ever go separate ways I will rather live alone with my cats❤️🙏🏼.
I live alone. I love it❤ I have an active, dedicated daily spiritual practice. Prayers to god, meditation and am at peace with myself, everyone around me. Blessed . I started a business doing what I love, managing to structure it to focus on my health so I can be fit as a 20 year old , live by the beach so I swim, run, do yoga and Pilates and little drills at home . This is all true ❤
John gray, the writer of men are from mars women are from Venus, says that women who are independent live with higher levels of testosterone. He also says if you’re a woman, masturbation will make you fat. While I appreciate John Gray for showing the world how men are different from women, I honestly believe some of his messages are an attempt to get women to settle for marriage and kids. I’ve been alone for almost a decade now and my life is incredible. My life is 100x better than it was in my 20’s, when I was in relationships and constantly trying to find a romantic partner. I can’t imagine having a person in my personal space at all anymore.
I question the word lonely. I don’t think it’s a feeling. I think it’s what we tell ourselves. I feel my pure feelings & interpret them like fear or peace & wellbeing. Fear is not loneliness. If I feel uncomfortable I dont interpret it as lonely ever. Living alone is easy & happiness. It’s helped to know what feels good & there’s no benefit to associate w controllers, power plays & dysfunction. U can Easily differentiate & no energy in victim triangle. U have the power & don’t give it to anyone anymore. U r the one who has the keys to the cage. It’s not others that control you, you have to give them that power.
100% true. I chose it for 12 years .then recently gave in to a relationship convinced by the pursuit - 6 months later exhausted my hobbies and ambitions by the wayside due to his needs and issues!! I have returned to being single and no desire for a relationship again. When I ended it - everything delayed started to pour into my life at incredible speed. Still trying to keep up. I have an incredibly full life that I love. Could not be happier.
Plain and simple, living alone, equals peace and quiet, freedom, toxicity free, and drama free. I used to have many friends. It looked like my ears were the dumping for their drama ⁉️ I kicked everybody out of my life. I am in my 60s now, and people keep telling me that I look super young, and glowy. I don't tell them why😂😂.
I live alone and I agree with this, however, when I didn’t live alone, I still was the boss! I made all decisions, I paid the bills, I did it all! I just had a lot of people dragging me down! 🎉
I can relate to this as I live with myself for the last 3 years, this work has freed me from my past mind prison!!! With gratitude and thanks for this video.
I live this life. I don't need, I attract. People ask me what I am doing and how. I am free from TV and all kind of mainstream stream and social media. Your video is magnificent 🎇🎆🎇
I tuned out from MSM decades ago & find it offensive. Junk food for the mind. And designed to manipulate. Its so obvious when you remove yourself from it. Don't get me started on social media...?
Same for me. I don’t need, I am content. I haven’t had TV since 2007 and never want it again. I love quiet, peacefulness and being outside in nature. I love the peace and calm of being alone with myself.
You can also achieve the same thing by having strong healthy boundaries and meditating. I have lived with and without people for equal amounts of time. There are benefits and drawbacks for both situations. We are social beings who need connections and we are also spiritual who need solitude. As with everything else, balance between living with and without people. Again it comes down to boundaries and good communication. And this applies to both men and women. We all need time alone and we all need connection. Plus we need more wholeness and togetherness and less separation. Look what happened over the last 4 years. Death rates from sooiside went up dramatically. Again, we need balance.
It depends on whether living alone or living with someone is a choice or circumstantial. People can be lonely in a crowd and vice versa. There's no perfect life.
I absolutely feel EVERYTHING you’re saying. I couldn’t have explained it better. These words are exactly what I feel and experience. Thank you for saying this so well.
I can definitely accept this as true. When my husband is away I feel a lot more energy flowing in me. However, I’m thinking living alone would be the easy way out for me, in terms of personal development. I mean, I am trying to be emotionally independent while he is around. Observing myself as I tune into my husbands’ and childrens’ needs all the time. And by knowing and seeing myself doing this, transforming it bit by bit. This way hoping to create a strong loving independent energy while taking care of eachother too. Quite difficult to do, but a nice challenge to work on too.
I have lived alone for 27 years. At first I hated it and felt sad and lonely but now I love it and have no desire to ever live with anyone again. During isolation in the pandemic my friends would ask me,"don' t you wish you had a partner living with you?. I laughed! I couldn't think of anything worse, Sorry, guys, than living with some old bloke moaning about the politics and restrictions of the pandemic.
It’s not just that I don’t want someone around, I don’t want anyone to have to put up with me! Even my dog gets tired of me sometimes- if you live with a dog long enough, you can tell when they get sick of listening to you. I had one dog that rolled her eyes when I was getting on her last nerve! I’m only fascinating to myself😁
Lol, oh yes, amen to that, I have been living alone for 30yrs and when I compare myself to my siblings, even though I am second from youngest out of the five siblings, I believe I am much more advanced, in terms of independence, my mindset and efficiency. I was the first to move out when younger and I have been meditating for around 30yrs plus, look much younger than others my age and mostly always, have a smile on my face even during difficult, tower moments in life. I do shadow work on myself constantly and ensure there is no quantum entanglement with family members, so, my well being, peace and spiritual path is not effected in any negative way. Being a water sign, I am naturally very creative too. Namaste.
If you look at the description on this video, it say's that this video has been significantly altered or edited to generate it. You can click on that info to understand what that means. I checked this because another commenter pointed out this is an AI generated video and NOT Dr Joe Dispensa.
Living alone is a mindest. Once you have mastered it, it will make no difference if u r alone or in company. Once you break the codependent need to fit in you can again be with others from a new viewpoint
I’ve lived alone for 12 years…going on 13years. At first I thought I’d be lonely…it never happened 🤷♀️ I am more creative, happier, relaxed and productive. I don’t have to ever be influenced by someone else’s mood…It is so peaceful ❤

Thank you Dr Joe.. I feel so content living alone.. I love my friends and relationships with others. But living on my own in my own space feels so right ❤ It took me some time after bringing my family up and going through empty nest syndrome to get used to.. it but it’s blissful freedom 😊 💖
I love my solitude. I value peace over people pleasing. And yes, I agree with independent problem solving, increasing physical capacity, gut feel, self trust, etc. I am not lonely, just happily, peacefully alone.
Thank you! So encouraging. I have developed mentally just as you say. Except recently I've become social media addicted following my interests. So I'm actually not really alone anymore.
Listening to this and realizing I’ve done it all in the last 10 months..I couldn’t be more grateful for how tough it was (understatement), to develop these important skills to heal every day. Me taking notes during this so I know wtf I’m talking about when I try to explain what I’ve done for myself 😅
Does anyone know where this audio originated or if this audio is connected with a specific meditation of Joey D's? I'd love to explore it. Ten years living alone and 4.5 years celibate. Joe has been one of my most impactful teachers and it's relieving to hear a voice of encouragement in a world where there's so much emphasis on the necessity of coregulation. Both truths can coexist.
When you live alone, coming home is the best feeling in the world.
I fully agree. So much peacefulness.

Sincerely,
I AM... aka Kim
I’m 53 and going through the same as you. Soon I will be free! Married with a good but depressive man and exhausted of his lack of light.
This is fake and it's AI generated. Dr JOe would and has never said anything like this ever in his body of work.
@@jennifermckenziemedium do you have any sources for this? I’d love to verify this if so
@@sararundlett9426 yes, I am the source, have read all of his books and been doing the work of Joe Dispenza for 11 years and have attended many live workshops.
I find the most beautiful person in me , Which nearly impossible to find in this world❤️
After raising a family, and husband passing, dating a few years.. I chose to live my own life alone.. I am so glad I did and honed my development and happiness..thanks Dr Joe !
Yeah it's way better than getting abused in relationships
💯
It is because we are Sovereign. In almost all relationships, especially with men, even the most egalitarian relationships, we subjugate ourselves on some level. We make ourselves less, in order to get along.
When we are alone we can be the fullest expression of ourselves.
YES! Very well said
I have been doing this most of my life.
Alone, but never lonely! 😎
Right?!? It’s soo freeing.
this is true, i am a women living alone after relationships and children...this is an incredible choice....
I love seeing so many people experiencing this. My life living alone brings me such inner peace.

I have never felt such peace, love and contentment as now while I have lived alone for years. I have never felt such happiness and satisfaction.
John gray, the writer of men are from mars women are from Venus, says that women who are independent live with higher levels of testosterone. He also says if you’re a woman, masturbation will make you fat. While I appreciate John Gray for showing the world how men are different from women,
I honestly believe some of his messages are an attempt to get women to settle for marriage and kids.
Living alone for 25 yrs..❤ i vouch all these.. esp the coherence, independence, high energy happiness and what not😂😂
I live alone and I’m very happy and love the peace ❤
I’m a woman who lives alone for the last 4 years and I’m the happiest I’ve been my entire life 😊
Same here- I don’t have a lot of money, but I feel like I’ve won the lottery of life😁
Plain and simple, living alone, equals peace and quiet, freedom, toxicity free, and drama free. I used to have many friends. It looked like my ears were the dumping for their drama ⁉️ I kicked everybody out of my life. I am in my 60s now, and people keep telling me that I look super young, and glowy. I don't tell them why😂😂.
Intuitive accuracy is so spot on combined with research
I live alone and I agree with this, however, when I didn’t live alone, I still was the boss! I made all decisions, I paid the bills, I did it all! I just had a lot of people dragging me down! 🎉
I can relate to this as I live with myself for the last 3 years, this work has freed me from my
past mind prison!!! With gratitude and thanks for this video.
I live this life. I don't need, I attract. People ask me what I am doing and how.
I am free from TV and all kind of mainstream stream and social media. Your video is magnificent 🎇🎆🎇
Same. I tuned out of the world and tuned into myself....it is awesome.❤
This is main stream social media, you are literally here
You can also achieve the same thing by having strong healthy boundaries and meditating.
@@debaratibiswas7975 I could never be as happy as I am if I lived with another person.
Love this! I absolutely love being alone. I can literally feel the difference and lack of refining my own emotions in response to another person.
Amen sister!
This should be required listening for widows. Thank you !!!!!!!!!!
Namaste.
This was powerful!
Yessss, I can feel everything about this, biologically authentic.
I love this. I feel this. I live this. Thank you for defining this!
I don’t feel alone bc I have my Spirit family around me 🙏
I needed this. Thank you🙏🏻. This is exactly what I’m experiencing and navigating. Empowering!⚡️💫💥✨🌟
I’ve lived alone for 12 years…going on 13years. At first I thought I’d be lonely…it never happened 🤷♀️
I am more creative, happier, relaxed and productive. I don’t have to ever be influenced by someone else’s mood…It is so peaceful ❤
Thank you Joe Dispensa I'm just the type of woman that has never looked for anything from anyone since my ivorce in 1992,I live alone, with my cat " star" iv just never been a leaner or ask anyone for validation I love my independence and do not need someone else to tell me right or wrong I am retired ,a young 76 yr old woman ,I just don't need to be with people often but do live in a senior community,I do feel like I illuminate light around here 77 residents,I love my life, make my own decisions and I am m own authority 🎉 thank you for more enlightenment,I'm amazed that that noone elsehas shared this on their RUclips channels! Just know I appreciate you (we) you've made my night 😊
Thank you Dr Joe.. I feel so content living alone.. I love my friends and relationships with others. But living on my own in my own space feels so right ❤ It took me some time after bringing my family up and going through empty nest syndrome to get used to.. it but it’s blissful freedom 😊 💖
It’s an AI video. It’s not real
The info is real! I live it. 😊
THE GREAT JOE DISPENZA 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟💕
I think this is AI using his voice
I love living alone! I don't think that's too exceptional?!?
He just described my life and realisation ♡
Same exactly.
I've been alone for about 14 years. I have been working on myself releasing old traumas.
a lesson i learned as a young woman in her early 20s: learn to enjoy and appreciate your own company. i love being with myself.
Love this, and the way you explain this is EXACTLY the way I feel. I absolutely revel in being alone.
I'm loving this, and I live alone of course! 😍🙏❤️
People who focus ON THEMSELVES are the most magnetic! ❤
Thank YOU.
Cognitive flexibility to solve problems, stronger , executive function, decision making abilities, creativity, create success templates and Intuitive accuracy.
Sometimes I get so lonely I don’t know why I’m still alive.
I love my solitude. I value peace over people pleasing. And yes, I agree with independent problem solving, increasing physical capacity, gut feel, self trust, etc. I am not lonely, just happily, peacefully alone.
❤ truth…. My architecture is in great shape!🎉
This SPLENDID video does not just deserve likes, but COMPLETE approbation for accuracy!👍🙌
This gentleman GETS It!!!!👍👍👍
Solo, not alone
Thank you! So encouraging. I have developed mentally just as you say. Except recently I've become social media addicted following my interests. So I'm actually not really alone anymore.
My social battery is now maxed at a few hours per day, but I go all in.
it's lonely living alone but even more lonely in relationship..it's just a lonely society..
Very accurate.
One chooses to be lonely. Being alone and lonely are 2 different things. Create community with others!
If you feel lonely living alone then that means you lack self awareness, and you're not living your purpose.
My purpose is to live to the fullest in connection to the universe
Yeah we’re all disconnected
Yes, I've lived alone for a long time. I was previously married. Now, it is so peaceful. If I ever live with someone again, I will choose wisely.
Listening to this and realizing I’ve done it all in the last 10 months..I couldn’t be more grateful for how tough it was (understatement), to develop these important skills to heal every day. Me taking notes during this so I know wtf I’m talking about when I try to explain what I’ve done for myself 😅
I love living alone. Im enjoy my alone time and do not take it for granted. ❤
This is great. I've lived alone for 9 years now. I'm a lot happier.
I would love to know the source also.
This is not Joe Dispenza, this was made with AI. You can manifest a partner if you want, but if not, you have the freedom of choice.
Magic! 🧡💛❤So true! Thank you!
