now that's good acting, I imagine Tom Hiddleston just stares at a blank wall and projects the right emotions and reactions based on what the director tells him.
Ngl it could be him watching from a projector Between his scene and the screen scene there are cuts so the plausible would be he WAS watching his past performance and they later edited in holographic 3D version
What he never saw… Odin loved him as his own. Never regretted taking him in. He wasn’t Loki of Jotinhiem… he was Loki! Son of Odin a prince of Asgard! His brother father and mother loved him
@@thegiantrat8779 Actually it is. If you see the post-credit of Thor: Ragnarok, the Statesman ship gets attacked by Thanos. That signals the beginning of Infinity War.
@@freemakerthings4518 no disrespect but i think the scene that made him change is his femail variant and the last straw was when he sees all his version fighting for this so called glorious purpose
Such a smart move of saying "he's a variant but he also serves as the continuation of our Loki that died." They do recognize the fact that the Loki from the sacred timeline that we all love and grew up with already died but they wanted to continue the legacy of the old Loki with this newer version. So you could say that this Loki never really died but rather "sort of lived the life of the old Loki" and was given the chance to make the best out of that kind of life.
Think about it. This THIS Loki was the one that while being taken into custody snagged the tesseract. Before seeing this this was Loki in his most evil mindset. This was him while he was WORKING for Thanos…to see the one he was working for snap his neck and him being utterly powerless to save himself.. not to mention how THAT Loki chose his brother chose this family over power.
This Loki just got the truth shoved in his face. His family loved him always and he was to stupid to see it. And because he wanted power for to long he lost it all
No offense, I love this scene in Loki and it broke my heart for Loki but I noticed one little error: In 1:05 you can hear the clank of Loki’s knife drop onto the floor, and then Thanos says, “You should choose your words more carefully.” But in IF, Thanos says, “You should choose your words more carefully” first and then he made Loki drop the knife But no matter what, I still love this scene🐍💚🗡️
Technically speaking the avengers changed the timeline the moment they entered into the past and created a new timeline. Like Future Trunks. It doesn’t explain how they are able to return back to their time tho. I guess that means that they really created a multiversal time Machine. Time travel is weird. So this timeline is now different. Which isn’t a big deal as long as it all leads back to the sacred timeline. I guess lol
i loved loki since his first appearance in MCU.....first as a baad guy and then with his character development....i loved him even more as a good guy at the end of thor 3.....when i first heard about the lokis season comming out and that it would be of the loki after the first avengers movie and not of the one after thor 3....i was worried that how would they make up for the two movies worth of character development or we would see any character development at all....but then i watched this scene....two movies worth character development in two minutes...bravooo man....bravo....
It's Loki from the New York invasion not the Loki that was killed by Thanos. He escaped using the Tesseract to a alternative timeline when the Avengers went back in time to get the Infinity Stones making him a variant of the original Loki, having no knowledge of the events of the original timeline until now.
Loki realized that his Alliance with Thanos was definitely the worst decision of his life...

I think what crushed him more was when he saw himself with Thor on the bridge he was a hero
He wasn’t a shadow of Thor, he stood side by side, as an equal, a brother
Guys u realize the last thing loki rememembers is thors hug not thanos neck snap as thors hug was the last thing that played

Now Thanos owes he's miserable existence to Loki in all timelines. 😂

This scene litterlly touched my heart😢
The thing about this is that Loki could go back to 2012 New York and play his role all over again. But with clones.
Loki was like: " I just saw...my death???"
god i love that eerie music that plays when thanos shows up
The best mcu show waiting for season 2 !
how did u like season 2
