The term "bunker buster" is a generic term. It does not relate to any one, single bomb. If you look it up on wikipedia, there are several types of bombs listed. It just means a bomb that can penetrate deep into concrete or earth. And that small white cloud slightly above the explosion, I can only assume is part of the detonation system since it appears to be exploding a couple of feet above the target to send a downward shockwave instead of outward. That is only a guess though.
well this isnt a bunker buster anyway because their huge compared to this but i think this is a gas bomb, when it lets go of the shell gasonline gets thrown to all sides then ignites above it to blow up the top of tanks easier.
