      Go back to the beginning, make a decision to stay sober and look at the benefits both long term and short term of staying sober and look at the long term and short term disadvantages of relapsing. Reflect on your progress and see where and what caused the set back and see what you can alter or change to avoid the triggers( person/places/ watching ect..). If you Relapse it does not mean you have failed is just part of the journey but it's not the end, its a learning process and it will occur less and less and less and eventually you will have overcome and terminate the addition. 🙏

      Get to safety. Reach out to a support. Examine the truths about what led up to it and what the next right thing is.
