It looks absolutely beautiful. I didn't realize the patience required to do your work.I felt it too at the end of the video.Shmee must be going nuts with happiness right now.
It was unfortunate that the 'jaGuar' rebranding had such an aggressively pink theme because it gave the colour some very negative publicity just when Tim needed it least. But then... there was the 'pink' Lambo too, which upset some people, and the hilariously hideous pink Hubnut Fiat Multipla from a couple of years ago. I'm a girlie-girl but I loathe pink, or magenta or cerise or 'blushing red' or whatever else the fashion people call pink to try to disguise the fact that it's pink. This poor little Porsche's going to be a Barbie the Hair Stylist special. I think a deep metallic blue would have been a happier choice.
It is amazing how much just the coat of primer makes to the look of the car. Fantastic work, the colour may not be to everyone’s taste but it will certain sly stand out.
Class dudes only 1 criticism!!should of greased all the hardware on suspension etc but all things considered this car was a proper rusty shit box and most wouldn't of took it on you have transformed it into a thing of beauty and done it 100% PROPERLY ABSOLUTE CLASS GENTS really hope this channel gets 2 1 million subs/views as it's by far 1 of the best channels if your into cars and restoration look forward 2 your next vlog ❤
Excellent job, lads. If carlsberg did car restorations, it would probably be called Yorkshire car restoration. It's probably the best channel for it.great work, lads.
Yo Ryan would really really love to see that E30 M3 build 😢🙏🏼 You killing it bro 👊🏼 and killing yourself with all that repairs on those things 🤦🏻♂️ cars like that is for the bin bro 😅
Hello 👋 🫂 good buddy Ryan that is a beautiful job. You did a extremely good job Ryan 👏 me and my brother watched it at his house. Hope you all have a wonderful work week ahead.. that Ryan dude that is pulling out the dents he is a big ol dude really tall.
Absolutely loving the colour on this, people just need to let it be the pink it is and learn to love it for that. Also, those original rims are fire. They need some fixing up but I really hope he keeps them.
Why havent you cleaned up those disc brakes, they will really stand out against all your hard work elsewhere on the car. Sticking rusty nuts and bolts on also troubles me 😢
New cars in show rooms have disc brakes with surface rust because the cars been sat not moving. Discs would only need "sorted" again later on if they do them now.
All that difficult, amazing work for a car that looks like it should be driven by a gentleman with a gold tooth and leopard skin fedora who manages a group of women of negotiable virtue.
What was the point of the pdr, complete waste of time you have so many weld scars you had to cover it in condo from top to bottom anyway, as bad as Bad Chad, good think bondo fixes things. I should buy stocks in bondo!
You don't really realise what this body looked like. Pdr did a fantastic job of reducing the bodyfill. OBVIOUSLY filler is still needed as when welding is done it warps panels slightly, pdr cannot sort this as if you have a understanding of the basic principles of pdr, then you will realise that anything around corners or near edges cannot be shifted. Also don't tell me your under an illusion that no body fill is needed after the pure amount of restoration this car has undergone..... let's be realistic shall we?.....
@ maybe check out Notevn and Crucibel hardly any visible warps, welds or waves after their work is completed, or you could have just gotten a better shell to start with not like the 914 is that rare. My point was that the pdr was pointless less with all the imperfections you had in the body you could have tapped them out yourself to a reasonable level to match the rest.
Honestly the colour is really different in person. I was sceptical when I heard what colour it was going to be but then after looking at images of other 914’s they are all bright vibrant colours 👍
All this work, these hours and this paint... a total waste :( porche should forbid his owner to buy cars in the future for having chosen this ridiculous colour
Some comments are a little opinionated.....i still think bodywork is an art form, and let's face it, the thing was like quasimodo. So well done, it is saved with the minimum amount of bondo, and maximum integrity as it should be.
Tks Ryan ,this shed of a thing has finally turned a corner thanks to u and ure team! How u havent lost ure mind working on this thing ,ill never know?😬😬😬🤷♂️🤷♂️🫵👍💪🤝🇬🇧🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦

Flipping quality work laaaaads. Class watch 👍
Nice job lads! It does still look very pink on my screen, but whatever, that’s Tim’s choice.

Well done! A very watchable channel
Absolutely beautiful guys!

Nice job! Keep forgetting you guys are just down the road from me! Keep up the good work 👍
Nice E30 M3 in the backgrond
It is a nice one :)
Lovely job! 👍🏻
well done guys
Thank you!
Great job.
looks amazing lads well done
This car is a lot more beautiful in silver 😋
Agreed. The pink is horiffic
Can’t wait the next video!
Alex’s VW camper in the background lol, you’s deserve more respect for the work that you all do well done
This may be the first time I've seen anyone use a spring compressor that looks safe to use!
Tim should be proud!
Awesome work guys 🍻
Thank you! Cheers!
WelderFaber would love that bloody crane 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤘😎🤘👍👍
A common mod is to change out the old 914 steering arms to the 911 turbo ones to get rid of the inner bush and get more accurate steering.
Where is the e24 wide body? Bloody hell !!
That car is looking resplendent in its Rubystone red. Great job guys.
Thanks so much
Bitte eine Reihe über den Orangen manta a bringen 👍👍
Excellent job, lads.

I didn't realize how small the car is until it was on the ground with it's wheels.
hope its getting new screen and door rubbers all round. infect a complete new rubber set . Tim can afford them and it make such a difference
commenting for the algorythm is also free Ryan! dont forget that
Nothings free !!!
Those wheel hubs and discs are giving me the heebie-jeebies, outstanding work otherwise, boys
The build isn't done yet. And thanks
Fantastic 👏👏
I'm sure Ryan (Ryan 2!) from ProDent did an excellent job, but I really hoped we'd see some juicy 'before' and 'after' shots of his work.
Other Ryan's carbon fiber hammer looks expensive
He's got a good tool set!
Keco blending hammer 👍 it’s not crazy expensive but very very good
Hi
How did you fill in the side lights holes .? I have to do it also !
Pretty Pink Porsche, perfect for poncy puffters 😆 Seriously though, that was a huge repair job. Well done chaps,
Im very curious what all the work cost. Incl paint and everything excl car.
I’m only 6’1 😂 but I appreciate the compliment
My OCD screams every time I see a rusty bolt reinstalled, especially after all the work done to remove rust from the rest of the car!
So far great job. looking smart now.
Why didn't you paint the bonnet / doors / boot lid at the same time ?
How do you deal with possible chassis misalignment after replacing structural areas and/or after cutting/disrupting stressed members?
What a great job all round.
Considering the amount of welding, there was very little filler.
This really is going to be the car it deserves to be
What's the plans for that rusty RX3? Hopefully you'll have a series on that. Wishing you a very Merry Christmas. Looks cold in your shop!
Big plans for that one :) it will come on the channel at some point in the future. yes it is very cold! and Merry Christmas to you too!
EVERYONE LIKE LIKE LIKE SHARE SHARE SHARE These utter legends need and deserve ALL OUR SUPPORT PLEASE PEOPLE it takes seconds 😊
Looking amazing, just a shame Shmee didn't opt to weld up those North American spec reflector holes.
I think this colour really suits mt Armstrong's GT3 but I'm not a fan on this but it may look better when it's all built up
Will you be rebuilding the engine aswell, or will someone else do that?
Its in the works currently :)
I hope you clean all the parts up on the car after a full restoration like ice blasting?
All in the works
Great work. One question why paint the car after reinstalling everything? Why not paint and then reinstall..?
Thanks, and we needed to get it off the rotisserie to be able to paint the front and back panels
Heavy first coat of colour?
The whole quarter panel is mud !! I thought the whole idea was to make it a better repair???
It's a thin skim of filler! Are you expecting huge welding jobs and no filler???? Incase you didn't hear it on the video, welding warps thin steel....
It's just a skim coat.
So your small engine hoist... Blocks out the Sun does it? :)
Loads of work going on but not a drop of grease on any of the parts you have fitted back on? Is there a reason for this?
Why is the red 911 still there ?
The customer wants it storing until spring next year
Absolutely loving the colour on this, people just need to let it be the pink it is and learn to love it for that. Also, those original rims are fire. They need some fixing up but I really hope he keeps them.
Why is the Red 911 still there that was finished ages ago ?
I have owned a 914. Great restoration and hideous color choice by the owner. Looks like a cheap lipstick color, but loved the other work.
Why havent you cleaned up those disc brakes, they will really stand out against all your hard work elsewhere on the car. Sticking rusty nuts and bolts on also troubles me 😢
Its not complete yet
New cars in show rooms have disc brakes with surface rust because the cars been sat not moving. Discs would only need "sorted" again later on if they do them now.
It's just a rolling chassis obviously
They are probably waiting for new brakes
Yes ok mum
Those shocks are dead, I hope there are plans for replacing them.
Why didn’t he use primer on the bottom of the left hand door cill? Looked like bare metal to me.
What happened to Colin furze bmw?
Why do you not use an air feed mask when the spraying is being done.
It’s a lovely job lads but it is……shit Pink !
Body filler over primer? I am so disappointed, and it is a pink-ish color...
All that difficult, amazing work for a car that looks like it should be driven by a gentleman with a gold tooth and leopard skin fedora who manages a group of women of negotiable virtue.
It looks pink on camera because your lights don't have enough red in them. Typical of low CRI LED lights.
What bothers me is the overspray around the wheel wells. Why take the time to paint the underside and then cover it with overspray?
The whole underside needs another layer of underseal
@ Makes sense
So many lovely 70s colours, and he chooses that insipid shade. A real shame.
The car is for his girlfriend and she likes the color.
@TimeBandit99 sacrilege. No matter what she thinks or likes.
What was the point of the pdr, complete waste of time you have so many weld scars you had to cover it in condo from top to bottom anyway, as bad as Bad Chad, good think bondo fixes things. I should buy stocks in bondo!
You aren't the brightest button are you 😂
You don't really realise what this body looked like. Pdr did a fantastic job of reducing the bodyfill. 11min in.. i hope those wheels get refurbed and not painted black... black wheels look tacky EVERYTIME. Nice gunmetal would contrast the paint nicely
Hello bud , that colour has absolutely ruined all that amazing work that you put into bringing that car to what it once was IMO
Haha, it looks better in person :)
You are one of very few of this opinion. I like it very much!
Honestly the colour is really different in person. I was sceptical when I heard what colour it was going to be but then after looking at images of other 914’s they are all bright vibrant colours 👍
I think the color suits it very well! A 914 should be a fun color and with the new interior it will be stunning.
I thought I wouldn’t like it, but saw a 911 in it and I do like it. Also, the 914’s were 70’s cars were always bright, lime, yellow, red, etc.
I'm sorry and I know it's an original colour as a shade of red.... But it's PINK. 🤣🤣
Wares Matt’s BMW 🤔
Where's?
Tupperwares
Still in the shop having the bodykit designed
They have discussed all the projects in detail many times, they are waiting for special made body parts for it.will be awhile
Other projects here are more interesting anyways
All this work, these hours and this paint... a total waste :( porche should forbid his owner to buy cars in the future for having chosen this ridiculous colour
Not a fan of the color, but it's not my car. 🤣
Its nice in person :)
@@yorkshirecarrestoration
I have doubts.
That color....no.
Still an ugly color, whether it’s factory color or not.just keep on doing your thing.😎😎😎👍👍👍
Thanks Tom
Dreadful colour, and yes ive just finished one, as bad Marathon Blue
