This is like a sound recording from another time; both your instrumental and vocal music have an authentically antique quality that seems very rare and wonderful. Thank you for sharing it with us, sister.
The banjo is a whole band all to itself, and with a beautiful voice to accompany, this lass is a force to be reckoned with. Good luck in your future musical career!
Many musicians get caught up trying to play the most skillful song they know on their instrument. This is a perfect example of an easy enough song to play but that enables you to put all into the vocals 👍
Awesome, I got a kazoo last month to do Clapton's kazoo solo from San Francisco Bay Blues on banjo/guitar. I also did a cover of Cranberries- Linger using the kazoo for the vocals, lol.
There are two voices on youtube that I try to never miss. One is Norah Jones, and I guess you could guess the second. Didn't even know this song, but this is such a beautiful rendition.
Wow I've never heard that song before but I liked what I heard. I always enjoy your banjo playing and you did not disappoint me. Thank you for sharing your talent.
Dear Talise, Your sound is so good that I can't help but notice that Heaven seems to follow you around. Thank you for introducing me to all of these amazing songs! Many more please!
When I herd your first song I thought natural inner talent learned on your own, after three songs I see and hear musical training that comes from schooling and knowledge. But I feel that same down home inner love you have for this. That's beautiful and nice to see and hear.
@@talisetunes I was silenced at the office yesterday for a Palestinian flag. My daughter built a kazoo at Girl Guides a few weeks back. I will put together a holder with beaver sticks so I can hum Evalina back to the keyboard on Monday.
Working an old version of Y'all Come... want to do the banjo solo? Sean O'rourke is maybe gonna do the fiddle solo. Rob Ross in Edmonton will do the guitar solo. Join us for an email song... could be fun. Check out Bill Munroe's version if you want, Talise... We're in Manitoba.
Everything about this is beautiful.

A flower in a field of early summer flowers. A singing finer than three birds. Loving the confidence growth in the singing.
Thanks for the kind words!
Never thought I’d describe a kazoo as “haunting”. Great job!
First time for everything! Thank you

I learned to play banjo via RUclips! There are so many wonderful resources to learn nowadays
Kazoo holder blowing though the sharp butt end of a world confused. Revolutionary!

Beautiful- wish i had a woman as special as you ❤
❤❤🪕🪕👏👏✌️✌️
I didn't know they made a kazoo holder?
I believe that piece of hardware is most commonly used to hold a harmonica. 👍👍
I must say you play the kazoo backwards better than anyone , 😉lol

...shit you could sing it even...
...shoot... Monroe... sorry uncle Bill.
It's embarrassing how excited i got for the kazoo. You played it backwards though.
Backwards you say?
@@talisetunes yeah, you're supposed to hum on the thicker side.
