  • Led by Helen White, The Big Horse Orchestra played all the music for this DVD about Two Draft Horses-Spike and Smitty. These horses talk about their lives and about being kind and fair to all creatures. They are funny and they are smart. Helen composed most of the tunes and songs for the project. Big Horse Orchestra is: Gerald Anderson, Randy Greer, Debbie Grim, Sandy Grover, Wayne Henderson, David Johnson, Herb Key, Steve Kilby, Edwin Lacy, Tim Lewis, Jeff Little, Jim Lloyd, Walter Miller, Ric Munsey, Randy Paisley, Donnie Scott, Tony Testerman, Bill Williams.
    The Music: The Carriage Ride; Pull Together; Dance of a Simple Life; Lonesome Road Blues (Trad); Old Country March; Bluebells of Scotland (Trad); Big Horse Rap (Liz Fulton); Be Like Daddy; Ducks on a Pond (Trad)/ Flying Geese; A Stately Prance; She'll be Comin Round the Mountain (Trad); Napoleon Crossing the Rhine (Trad); Pegasus; and Hot to Trot. All music composed by Helen White except those marked as Trad and Big Horse Rap, composed by Liz Fulton.
    Big Horse was originally produced by Big Horse Productions in West Redding, Connecticut and engineered by Marshal Craven and Joe Bumgarner, and mixed by Carson Cooper
