Did you catch what he said right before the verdicts were read? He assumed he was not guilty so he asked the judge if he could remove the ankle "shocks", which were never shocks. He thought he was getting out of jail and wanted to speed things up, LOL. His face was priceless when Judge Dorow said GUILTY.

@@shannoncoyne6397 interesting.. i remember him saying that but after learning he was never in "shocks" i always assumed it was his way of trying to get a last minute mistrial or at the very least get the jury to withhold their guilty verdict due to him being in "ankle shocks" which honestly, if they had put him in "ankle shocks" it would have been totally reasonable in my opinion.. he proved he is not to be trusted and could lash out during the trial.. he had to be forcibly restrained multiple times in the courtroom (two times when he had a lawyer still and once when he refused to go to the other courtroom in the "boo-boo bandaid" incident).. guys a midget and a coward and i hope he gets offed in prison by someone who cares about right and wrong assuming he ever makes it out of PC (protective custody)

Yes, you hit the nail right on its head, if the judge were a male, this guy would have been throttled but good from day one, that male judge would have put this guy in his place by keeping him in a cell during his trial, he would not have gotten as far as he tried to go with this very astute and intelligent female judge, this guy is a woman abuser and may have collected that trait from his father or other men he was exposed to during his boyhood, it's not always the mother who's at fault when their sons careen off the tracks like this guy did, he's into a control zone with the women in his life and that part is clear in how he's operating with the judge but at an eventual loss.
As cold as it sounds folks, i think this judge is actually going to enjoy passing sentence on this walking train wreck, he's far too dangerous to be living in open society with the narcissistic triggering he has and i'm convinced that if by some miracle he gets to walk free, he'll do something like this again... 🛣️✔️👀💦

I used to be a Child Protection Investigator and Brooks' refusal to answer the judge's question about complying with rules in order to maintain his right to testify reminds me of the parents that didn't want their children, but refused to relinquish custody because they didn't want to say they gave their kids away. In their mind, it was more acceptable for the state to terminate their parental rights than for them to relinquish them. In future discussions that would allow them to tell anyone the truth, the state took my kids and wouldn't give them back. The parents would never admit or disclose all of the services provided to them to prevent termination of parental rights, or the time it took to offer those services, or the efforts made by a host of professionals whose only goal was to be able to return the children to their parents, safe and sound. I'm not sure if Brooks really wanted to testify or not, but by his non compliance to the rules of court he forfeited his right and will forever blame the court for failing to protect his rights rather than admitting he absolutely forfeited his right with his refusals to give a simple answer to the judge's questions.

sad day when a man whose hairline which probably matches the size of his brain, tries to defend himself and then at every moment act a fool and question why his defense is not going his way and tries to play the conspiracy victim saying his rights are being violated and yet keeps acting like a sovereign citizen.

His mother refused to show up. He couldn't testify and withstand cross examination. So, he played this game.

Finally, this sad figure is getting his just desserts, and doesn't get it? '...if you are going to act like a baby then you will be treated like one!' And then it is all '...blah blah blah' from him!

I hope and pray that this beautiful judge goes on a long holiday so that she can rebuild her mental health. The defendant's conduct has gone beyond bullying. The defendant continues to talk about his rights but never considers any one else's rights. I'm sure this judge probably leaves each day just crying when she isn't in the public eye. Well personally I would! She is a strong, wonderfully patient person. God Bless you Judge, may God's protection and love surround you like a shroud. Your conduct is inspiring.
    Xx
