He genuinely believed that if he just didn’t cooperate, he couldn’t be convicted.
🙈🙉🙊 well it didnt work😁
oh he def believed that.. u can see at 6:08 that he realizes "oh crap shes calling the jury out".. he knew then that she was carrying out her plan to rest the defenses case lol.. i loved watching him yap on mute for that full minute or two
Makes sense. He is genuine dumbass.
Did you catch what he said right before the verdicts were read? He assumed he was not guilty so he asked the judge if he could remove the ankle "shocks", which were never shocks. He thought he was getting out of jail and wanted to speed things up, LOL. His face was priceless when Judge Dorow said GUILTY.
@@shannoncoyne6397 interesting.. i remember him saying that but after learning he was never in "shocks" i always assumed it was his way of trying to get a last minute mistrial or at the very least get the jury to withhold their guilty verdict due to him being in "ankle shocks" which honestly, if they had put him in "ankle shocks" it would have been totally reasonable in my opinion.. he proved he is not to be trusted and could lash out during the trial.. he had to be forcibly restrained multiple times in the courtroom (two times when he had a lawyer still and once when he refused to go to the other courtroom in the "boo-boo bandaid" incident).. guys a midget and a coward and i hope he gets offed in prison by someone who cares about right and wrong assuming he ever makes it out of PC (protective custody)
Brooks is a control freak and he absolutely can’t stand a woman having control over him!
While I don’t doubt he has standard asshole misogyny, I find it very interesting that everyone thinks that he would act differently if the judge was male….I seriously doubt that…
A white woman too.
Yes, you hit the nail right on its head, if the judge were a male, this guy would have been throttled but good from day one, that male judge would have put this guy in his place by keeping him in a cell during his trial, he would not have gotten as far as he tried to go with this very astute and intelligent female judge, this guy is a woman abuser and may have collected that trait from his father or other men he was exposed to during his boyhood, it's not always the mother who's at fault when their sons careen off the tracks like this guy did, he's into a control zone with the women in his life and that part is clear in how he's operating with the judge but at an eventual loss.
As cold as it sounds folks, i think this judge is actually going to enjoy passing sentence on this walking train wreck, he's far too dangerous to be living in open society with the narcissistic triggering he has and i'm convinced that if by some miracle he gets to walk free, he'll do something like this again... 🛣️✔️👀💦

It's so satisfying to see him obviously complaining and whining but on mute. That beautiful silence
Who here loves the fact that he’s muted and is talking? 😅
👋👋👋👋👋
Love him muted!!!!❤
😂😂😂
That is when he made the most sense
He had no intention of testifying. He would end up committing perjury. He thought he was so slick
I wouldn’t say perjury. I would say trying to put doubt in the jury mind so it can be a mistrial.
He is so arrogant, kept flipping between ' I haven't said if I would or not '
Telling Judge Dorow she had no right to do this or that etc...
As though he was in charge of the trial.
true...he didn't react at all when we went through why she would'n't let him testify. If I lost my rights to speak for my self...and I am a well-mannered lady...I would kick up a fuss! He can't defend himself because he has no defense...even in closing, he never mentioned that he didn't do it
@@emilywickler8871 his thought that he is in charge of everything is laughable...
Hadn't considered that but makes perfect sense!
6:40 Darrell Brooks does jazz hands 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I love watching him, I love seeing him utterly powerless and the court completely control him to the point that they decide when he speaks and when he doesn't lol beautiful.
This pathetic display by the defendant exemplifies what evil and narcissism looks like.
Dude, I was just going to say, "the next time one feels like calling someone they dont like as "narcissistic ", remember this is what it really looks like"....🤣
It's easy to see how he got himself into this situation.

Agree
Arrogant entitled assinine bully brat-ness person AKA Darrell Brooks
I watched a license therapist who reviewed this and she said every time the judge stays calm, it drives him crazy because he is no longer in charge and cannot manipulate her like he does to every other woman. It was interesting watching how he interacted with a male judge for a different case. He was very respectful to him. He just wants to control women and realizes he can't. He seems to have forgotten that the judge is the one who determines the sentence.
She warned him, if you refuse to answer, I will take that as a “no.” He didn’t answer, she moved forward and he gets pissed saying the judge can’t do that 😂 He did it all to himself. What a dope !
Theres that “tack it agreement” he keeps talking about.
He never had any intention to testify. Just like he had no one to speak on his behalf except his mother, grandmother and some female friend he probably mooched off of til she got smart and kicked him out. His games are so pathetic and ridiculous. Go away darrell and do what you’re told everyday for the rest of your life.
As a sovereign person he claims he doesn't have to obey law and constitution.
Also that the judicial system can not force him to comply with law.
@Sandra Barrie right!! Go away and fade into irrelevance
No answer meant no! She gave him every opportunity to give an answer then gave him a chance to follow the rules and pledge to behave! He didn't want to cooperate at all!
A narcissist will go down in flames arguing to get his way. He cannot accept that he isn’t successful in his master level manipulations. He cannot accept his own failure because he is INCAPABLE of being wrong. He’s such a tool.
Lol "his self-assumed Master level manipulations" 🤣
He'll have the rest of his life in prison to think about what he did. And just maybe he'll pick up a Bible. And show others what the power of God can do.
There is Plenty of evidence to back up her Decision to rule this way
@@Grace4_All the sad thing is because he truly is narcissistic to the full extent of the meaning, he will never sit thinking about what he did! He will always believe that he was wronged and will never till the day he dies; have any empathy for any of the people he killed! It’s truly unfortunate!
He's not a "master level manipulator", he's trying to bait the Judge, so I guess he's a "master baiter".
This is gonna be one of the shortest jury deliberations ever
It took them just over two hours to find him guilty to all 70-something counts. That means it took them only around 2-3 minutes for each count. That is extremely fast.
You were RIGHT!

Except in this exact video, whereupon his refusal to answer the judge lost him his right to testify.

He mentioned ' do you know what all happened on Friday?'

He was trying to claim he couldn't remember what was saying on Friday because of all that happened.

Darrell Brooks is a vile and grotesque monster with a false sense of self. It's a shame that he will not live long enough to serve the entirety of his 1000+ year sentence. He deserves every single day of it! 📅
Why does he keep harping on his rights when he refuses to accept responsibility for his actions? You can't have it both ways.
Because he suffers from Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Look up the symptoms for it in the DSM-5 and you'll see Darrell Brooks staring back at you. Everything is about him, whether or not it is. In his mind, he's more important than anyone else.

That would be awesome.
"The jury may now retire to deliberate -"
"Oh, no. We're good thanks, your honor. We agreed on a verdict weeks ago"
They would, to complete their duties. They cannot even select a jury spokesperson (fka 'foreman') until they are instructed by the judge, and sent to deliberations. The selection of their spokesperson is their first instruction they must fulfill. So, I believe that that instruction will be the longest part of the deliberation process. Even MSM legal analysts are saying that this will likely be the shortest deliberation in the history of the American legal system.
They'll walk out, do one lap around the table, and come right back in!
I mean, honestly if I was on the jury from day one my impression would already be guilty, no questions needed. It’s irritating for all of the jury, lawyers, Judge etc, to have to go through all that nonsense.he’s so stupid, and should’ve remember always that his life is in hands of the jury; now it’s time for him to pay the price.
Darrell Brooks is what happens when you have a mother who babies her child all his life and no father to teach him how to be a proper man.

I used to be a Child Protection Investigator and Brooks' refusal to answer the judge's question about complying with rules in order to maintain his right to testify reminds me of the parents that didn't want their children, but refused to relinquish custody because they didn't want to say they gave their kids away. In their mind, it was more acceptable for the state to terminate their parental rights than for them to relinquish them. In future discussions that would allow them to tell anyone the truth, the state took my kids and wouldn't give them back. The parents would never admit or disclose all of the services provided to them to prevent termination of parental rights, or the time it took to offer those services, or the efforts made by a host of professionals whose only goal was to be able to return the children to their parents, safe and sound. I'm not sure if Brooks really wanted to testify or not, but by his non compliance to the rules of court he forfeited his right and will forever blame the court for failing to protect his rights rather than admitting he absolutely forfeited his right with his refusals to give a simple answer to the judge's questions.
I firmly believe he would not testify, just like his mom never came. His mother has enabled his behaviour, I think

Just goes to show how utterly toxic the whole sovereign movement is. This dude is facing life in prison but instead of concentrating his effort on that, he can't help but keep trying to smugly 'outwit' the court with pseudo-legal nonsense. He's like an addict.
Judge Dorow must have s massive stress headache after all his carry on.she has the patience of a saint
You have no right to anything other than going to jail he is trying to make this trail look like a circus well done to the judge she has the patients of a saint
Judge!!!!!! It's enough .
He doesn't seem to understand that the Judge's job is to use her judgement (of the law).
Poor third party intervener had no idea what was going on in this court with no integrity.
I know why the judge did it but who wouldn’t have loved to see DB on the stand? 🤣
Personally, I would find it interesting, but boy would I be hitting that mute button! A lot!
sad day when a man whose hairline which probably matches the size of his brain, tries to defend himself and then at every moment act a fool and question why his defense is not going his way and tries to play the conspiracy victim saying his rights are being violated and yet keeps acting like a sovereign citizen.
His mother refused to show up. He couldn't testify and withstand cross examination. So, he played this game.
It’s nice to see him ranting and no one has to listen to him.
My Gawwd this dude is a pain...bless this Judge and the Prosecution
His ego is irrationally huge. The arrogance he exhibits is batshit crazy
I have mad respect for the judge.
Throw away the key.
It's so satisfying that he's muted
We all this type. Never admit, never concede no matter how ridiculous the excuse. The truth is never an option.
Finally, this sad figure is getting his just desserts, and doesn't get it? '...if you are going to act like a baby then you will be treated like one!' And then it is all '...blah blah blah' from him!
I hope and pray that this beautiful judge goes on a long holiday so that she can rebuild her mental health. The defendant's conduct has gone beyond bullying. The defendant continues to talk about his rights but never considers any one else's rights. I'm sure this judge probably leaves each day just crying when she isn't in the public eye. Well personally I would! She is a strong, wonderfully patient person. God Bless you Judge, may God's protection and love surround you like a shroud. Your conduct is inspiring.
Xx
His right to remain silent???
What he lacks is the capacity
@@thedeplorable8370 oh man that hit me hard 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 that comment reminded me of Ron White in blue collar comedy when he was "thrown out of the bar and into public".
He needs a booster seat!
