I am so happy I found your video!!! I been struggling after damaging my walls after removing multiple feet of sticky back splash! Can't wait to fix it now!
I watched your videos on cracks in my wall and asked you some questions and it came out great. I just removed a hanging picture and the stuff tore my drywall. So time to watch these videos so I can repair it now!
Great video, I was wondering if I could use this product in a complete wall, I tried multiple ways to remove old wallpaper, I ended up sanding down the walls because they had a lot of the fuzzy part of the wallpaper still attached to it and sanded too much in some spots, just want to be safe that all the drywall will be sealed since it's a bathroom.
@@RussOlinatzPaintShow Honestly, I'm embarrassed to say, nothing. I remember one of your older videos (been watching a long time!) where you mentioned cutting away the loose drywall paper, which I do. I skim coat over it. I suppose I've been lucky. I will seal it going forward. We appreciate you , Russ. I personally have learned so much.
Do you have to put joint compound? My young daughter did a number on her walls and pulled the paint down to the brown (almost the whole wall!) I did sand with 80 grit and removed any excess that was peeling/lifting.

How bad is the wall?
Russ
@@RussOlinatzPaintShow I’d say about 2 feet by four feet of paper ripped of the dry wall

Yes, it’s very important to seal the paper in after removing any loose or bubbling torn paper! Happy to hear that you are learning new things!
Thank you for your video
No problem! Do u have a similar job?
Great video. Cant wait to see more of this series.
Do you ever need to apply multiple coats of the Roman or does one coat do the job?
Hi Jd
Your going to like this series and learn a lot! I will cover your question in this series!
Russ
Yes you do. The more you put on the better it'll seal. Two coats is perfect.

Hi
Yes if you want to fill in area and make wall smooth again!
@@RussOlinatzPaintShow if I just put 2 coats of the pro 999 rx 35 and then primer, without mudding, would it create a problem later on down the line?
No it just won’t look smooth!
@@RussOlinatzPaintShow ok, thank you I greatly appreciate it.
No problem!
