I purchased this speaker because of the blind sound test that “Harvest of Sound Boston” did at their conference. Professional DJ’s across the country voted this as the best sounding speaker in the small column array category. It surprised everyone that it won. I used it at a small birthday party in a restaurant last night. The sound blew me away! I normally use my Bose l1 compacts for smaller gigs but I think I will retire them now. The bass and clarity of the speakers are just so much better. I’m going to go buy another 1 today while they are still $499. Lol.
🤣 I already ordered my 2nd lol I was skeptical of the Harbinger brand and just being a gear snob. I was on vacation when I saw that post, ordered one and checked it out tonight as soon as we got home and ordered a second. I also ordered their 12" sub and will probably use this for my small events.
@@justingarret4776 With 2 you can easily do a party of up to around 100 people in a small area! Great for backyards or small rooms! Check out my latest gig log where I rocked a party with them! ruclips.net/video/bULGiJkaT70/видео.html
Hey Dj James. Thanks for making a video on this product. I have two of these units. I use these for my weddings which are no more than 75-100 people in a medium room. These things are crazy good. You need to run them through a external mixer to get more control. The fact the come with covers for the column and sub is crazy. These thing hit. I yet to clip these speakers. Get another one you wont be. disappointed.
@@damienwilliams1664 oh yeah!!! I already got a second one!! Doing a backyard Christmas Party in 2 weekends and going to use them! I love these little guys! They are great!!
Thanks so much for this awesome review! 🙌 I'm in the process of expanding my company and adding DJs to our services, and I’m stuck on what speakers to buy. I keep flip-flopping between these and the ProReck Club 6000. Your detailed breakdown really helps, but man, this decision is tough! Appreciate the insights!
Of course!! I try and help however I can! I have been trying to get ProReck to send me some of those systems to review as well but they haven’t as of yet! Stay tuned to my channel! I have more reviews coming!
21:00 . regarding Seans comment the middle tier his necessary to raise height of the highs. If you take a standard 12" speaker and put it on a pole the tweeters would be at that same height.
Hey James, I'm with you on this one. I swung by Guitar Center to grab a portable Bluetooth speaker and, man, they shipped it to me before I could even give it a listen (the Harbinger), but when I finally did, I thought it sounded great. as far as the Bluetooth that’s just an added feature for me. I’m gonna run it hardwire.
@@13Rpm1 yeah brother!! I just did a Christmas Party 2 nights ago and used 2 of these. I had to turn them down! They are as good as my Evolve 50s I used to have and easier to transport. I have a gig log I’m about to post using them!! Stay tuned!
