    Love it. Thank you. I have one question: why didn’t the executive think of it himself? It sounds pretty obvious. Why is he not thinking „wow, 5h per week! We could launch 1 month earlier!“ It‘s HIS business after all, and he should be the one who knows best what to do with the 5h?
    Just trying to walk in their shoes even better.

      thank you! often times, that "full picture" requires data/info from other teams and even other orgs. Many execs don't have that level of visibility.

    This is something on my mind all the time. I know employers will shrug and say "just work 60 hours a week" in lieu of automation that will save 20 hours a week.

    Awesome video. Was a major game changer for me when I learned which questions to ask to get this information on an initial call, i.e. "where would you want the team to reallocate the time, if they did have it back?" then probe on that. Is this part of your AEs standard discovery script?
