Love it. Thank you. I have one question: why didn’t the executive think of it himself? It sounds pretty obvious. Why is he not thinking „wow, 5h per week! We could launch 1 month earlier!“ It‘s HIS business after all, and he should be the one who knows best what to do with the 5h? Just trying to walk in their shoes even better.
This is something on my mind all the time. I know employers will shrug and say "just work 60 hours a week" in lieu of automation that will save 20 hours a week.
Awesome video. Was a major game changer for me when I learned which questions to ask to get this information on an initial call, i.e. "where would you want the team to reallocate the time, if they did have it back?" then probe on that. Is this part of your AEs standard discovery script?
Always good to see your videos Kyle, keep it up! I'm a huge fan of your video 🙋♂ Out of curiosity, are you currently seeking video editors or a thumbnail designer to enhance your personal brand? May I send you a previous work sample?
great video, and summarises a huge and often common mistake I have seen in the past....... Interest in your thoughts on how you could shift this approach to support Federal/Central Government selling?
Hey Kyle , really nice video ! I was wondering if I could help you with more Quality Editing in your videos and also make a highly engaging Thumbnail which will help your videos to reach to a wider audience ?

thank you! often times, that "full picture" requires data/info from other teams and even other orgs. Many execs don't have that level of visibility.
Absolutely love this approach, every business case needs to be structured like this!
thank you!!
cool concept, i made this mistake before and will shift from soft to hard costs to convey value
thank you!

Gotta be ruthless with your time
