As a fan of football, you really appreciate the behind the scenes look at the staff,assistants, tv crew, cooks, players, owners and most of all the diversity of the fans and mascots. It's humbling to see the love, hard work, preparation and dedication for the love of football. Continue this as a series, I want to see the cheerleaders too and what happens after the super bowl (winning and losing teams). I have a new found respect for the Ravens franchise. This was a good segment.
Next, Red Buff is seeing a simple damage nerf to make it less snowbally. This buff is already extremely coveted at all stages of the game, so we feel the nerf is necessary to allow players to implement more strategies across the map.
Everything about this organization is top notch! Every single aspect of the NFL experience is top notch. They don't need a $5B stadium to give you a great experience. They need passion, commitment and entertainment to give you that and more. The best run organization in the NFL period.

I love how the organization really enjoys each other, I work security at the eagles stadium and it can get very hectic. But just to see everyone smiling and enthusiastic makes the job much easier and more enjoyable.
They do. Pretty much all non-playing personnel will receive a ring. It will not be as fancy as the players and coaches and executives rings. It probably cuts off at salaried workers. Hourly workers At the stadium will probably not get rings. Bisciotti always says it starts with the behind the scenes teams so the staff can do their job and the team can focus on winning not what's missing or doesn't work. They are highly appreciative of the support personnel that's why so many of them have been there since 96.
On the one hand, ticket prices to NFL games are insane. On the other hand, you have to be impressed at how they go out of their way to make each game day experience as amazing as possible. Even a week 17 game that is totally meaningless when it comes to the playoff picture is treated like a mini superbowl. I like how they never seem to forget that there are fans in the stands that can only afford to go to one game every few years or so. They really make that one game a memorable one.
I worked concessions for a minor league baseball team and it amazed me how many people it takes for a MiLB game across every department. I can't imagine it for an NFL game. Really enjoy these videos, hope the NFL keeps making them.

The Blackout of M&T Bank Stadium! It's probably the biggest primetime home-field advantage in the NFL. Think about it. Night games at the Bank are already a raucous environment to deal with, and the Ravens normally thrive in those games. But then throw the Blackout uniforms and 71,000 dressed in black. It's such a fun place to watch a game especially at night given that atmosphere.
I remember this game like it was yesterday. The augmented bird was crazy! We enjoyed the gameday experience so much we even stayed after to watch the players leave (and watch a little 10 year old kid chase after Lamar into the locked player parking lot).
The ravens are so great. Only 30 years old and have so much history like how one of the Ravens only lets Ed reed touch him is so humble... also when Lamar wanted to drive the medical buggy out had me dead
