I grew up watching these adventures & have been drawn to the red dirt country as far back as memory allows. Malcolm is a shining example of true Aussie traits. Humility mixed with capability & a willingness to share his knowledge. Thanks Malcolm 👍👍👍
malcolm Douglas introduced 2 generations of aussie kids to an Australia that was impossible for them to see ... every sunday he would be on "the world around us" and if it was one of his shows the whole family would crowed around with dinner and watch quietly and fully engaged i what he was doing and saying ... he was a adventurer that many tried to copy and really failed and sadly will never be replaced
Malcolm Douglas, an absolute aussie legend. Thanks for uploading these, they are a rare insight into some of the most important areas on earth in terms of bio diversity and lost aboriginal culture.
He was best the man in his time and I once worked for him at his two crocodile parks in Broome w.a Australia from 1994 to 1997 4yrs and plus I was his crocodile handlers too
the lures Malcolm made .. Cost about $2.oo in total . Store bought ones about $ 200 .00 . Plus Malcolm"s would catch fish . Many thanks to take the time to show us how to make them . Also thanks you for bring Australia to us . As Australian Legends go , you kind sir would be number "" 1 "".. Major Les Higgins would be second ""2 ""

I can’t find any info about the Montgomery island aboriginal bones or burial site anywhere on the net. I’d love to know more about them, are they still there.
in the years after this alot of sites where cleared of bones by what was left of the tribes because people started takeing and defacing sites sadly .. even in some of his last docos he shows some of the tagging and some of the tribes men say they have had bones stolen and they even move a set of painted barks its sad but with out daily up keep and a watchful eye a quiet a few of the sites he has shown over the years have now been desecrated

The fact that he took the time to share these experiences of remote Australia shows how much of a humanitarian he was.

Nice dog
He uses the word "sweet" so much about food that I bet you couulda cooked kangaroo shit on the fire & he'd eat it & call it sweet!
Don't forget the mango and coconut milk
He's shown how much he loved sweet and sugary foods, but then he also used the word sweet to just mean nice
I'm voting that this exaggeration is incorrect.
his tinfoil is much better than we get in new zealand,
Yeahhh boyyy
Mango fish a la FTG 😁
If he found dog shit he'd eat it
"Get out of it dog" 😂😂😂
