I envy him and his life like no other. His adventures in the probably most beautiful country in the world and one of the last truly wild places experienced during a unique time that will never come back. And he had it all; family, success and fame all while he was doing what he loved the most, fishing and expedition adventures along stunning nature and wildlife...what more can a man ask for. Rest in peace Malcolm, you lived one of the best lives possible on earth. Im glad this is on film, so i can atleast imagine how it must have been then.
After watching Malcolm when i was a young fella living in Perth WA, I was always amazed about his adventures! I had the pleasure of moving to Derby about 8 years ago and I'm happy to say I got myself a boat and now the buccaneer archipelago is my back yard! we have spent many trips exploring Montgomery reef, raft point, doubtful bay and many other amazing places!
Macolm's independence, simplicity and work improvisation ability in any situation made me think of my father and i called him. Malcolm is a model for any man.
Greatest Adventure alrighty , Aussie blokes likes of Mike and his teammates....got to see the outdoors of life in its natural environment. Yes indeed great fishing too, know what to release back and to take for a delicious feed. Thankful for Mike he's a legend in touch with the earth and ocean and the locals native Aboriginals. R. I . P Mike 💛
This is so much better than the ADHD “influencers” who try to replicate Malcom. He done this to show us what’s in our own backyard, not for RUclips likes.
I always picture him having to turn the boat back around to pick up the cameraman after he has taken the shot of the boat zooming off into the distance.
Who’s watching this 2024
In memory of the king of the outback ❤❤
Greating from hungary.

And for our kids kids to appreciate this great land

I wish we still had real explorers like Mr.Douglas now.... thanks for posting these mate
100%! His shows were educational and interesting. These days the popular channels are catch and cook and flogging merch. 🙁
Those days are long gone my man, but it was a golden age. But at least you guys have Scotty's Gone Walkabout, that dude rules so hard.

Absolute gold, I'd love to experience a fraction of his adventures.
Yea . Would be good to have gone into the Kimberley waters with him . Really dangerous territory and he knew it like the back of his hand
I loved watching this show when I was a young fella it's a shame that he passed away
The original Aussie Adventurer. Did all this without the subscribers, the merch, no likes, and no selfies.
Why've you got to mention any of that?
@@BodywiseMustard Because the original is the best. All these new copycat adventurers shit me. Thats why.
@@BodywiseMustard why not
Handwork and commitment
Do they have as much knowledge about Australian history and have a connection like Malcom did with the aboriginals or islanders?
Thanks for putting these vids up im having a drink and chilling out leaving everything and enjoying my childhood memories

What a great human being ❤😊
We are so lucky to live in such a beautiful country. The only part I haven’t seen is northern Wa to Northern Territory. One day ❤️
He was what you call a "mans man", he lived what most blokes can only dream of doing. RIP Malcolm.
👍 Danke fürs Hochladen!

Does anyone know where I can find the soundtrack for these old Malcom tapes? So good
They credit Don Burrows at the end. Happy hunting
One arm point I been there.
As Mick Dundee put it. "Its a Bloody big fish" and it is!
I think I'd use 30 pound test braided line, on a good salt water real and a good pole. But I'd love to fish there.
The original
Mmmmmmnnnnn... gimme those oysters 🤤🤤🤤
It's not the same without the dog I used to watch from the dogs point of view.
Gee wizz guys, enough of the "let us know in the comments "! I know this is how you make your money but give it a rest! Let me know in the comments?
