I'm 43 with high ovarian reserve. Each IVF I'd produce around a dozen eggs and all were fertilized and would look good at day 3. But none were forming blastocysts in the lab despite the continued growth to day 5. So my doctor decided to do a day 3 transfer and I finally got a pregnancy.

@@gulpnar2176 My AMH is 2.68. My embryos were not biopsied. I had about 20 follicles, 14 eggs collected, 12 fertilized. I'm now 11 weeks pregnant. My latest ultrasound showed a heart rate of 178. All is going well.

Your case is rare. I had an AMH of 0.60 at age 40 and did 3 years of IVF with my own eggs (6 cycles) until age 43 before finally moving onto donor eggs with success. Very few women can use their own eggs after age 43.

Both my mother and my grandmother did not go through menopause until 57 or 58 years old. My Grandmother had my mom at the age of 42 (her last pregnancy). I am currently 41 years old and I hope to conceive naturally. I had 2 daughters in my early 20's. However, I would like to have 1-2 more children. I am in my second marriage. However, I am doing as much research as I can about geriatric pregnancy and the risks. Do you happen to do tubal ligation reversals? I have my medical chart and my tubes were not resected or burned. I think the biggest thing that helped me is code vitamin raw zinc (sold on Amazon) also a good vegan organic prenatal or woman’s multivitamin (make sure it’s vegan and organic) also keep your bmi (weight) in control for your height . But also vitamin c rich foods like tomatoes oranges lemons and greens like couliflower, broccoli and straw berrys I forgot to

Ovamit.. take it on the second day of your menstrual period at the exact time each day for 5 days then count from the first day of your period up to the 11th day, you should try to have sex from 11th -15th day open window..this is assuming you have regular period.

My fertility dr told me my eggs were poor at 36 .I had 7 failed ivf . ( 13 eggs implanted all together, 2 early losses. ) we conceived naturally at 41. Don’t lose all hope.
