Yes, 42 is the cut off age where we can get pregnant naturally without that high of chance of miscarriage. After 42 it's hard to hold throughout and usually end in miscarriage. Your child was definitely meant to be, and you were always meant to be her/his mother. God doesn't put souls in older women (especially your only one) unless he was absolutely meant to be. I got pregnant naturally at 45, 48 and 50. Plan to get do it again I am 51. The man is 19 years younger than me currently he's 32. We just had normal sex no rituals or anything until I confirmed that I was carrying.
I can tell you some statistics about us.
- Me 51 he 32
- Me 5'11 and he 5'8

I believe all women can get pregnant naturally until age 53 depending on your lifestyle. The worst thing is take pills or any medication to not get pregnant after age 35. I know a few who have taken medication for birth control and they have problems getting pregnant at their 40s. Since age 33 I been using a condoms best meditation for birth control. Where did you get her diagnosed? This must be totally wrong! It does not work like that. I assume she has PCOS or she is really fat and her hormones are out of balance. She can get back to a healthier state than she is now (sports, correct nutrients, multivitamins and antioxidants like astaxanthin or ubiquinol). FSH is not directly related to being infertile, it tells a part of the story only! AMH, LH and TSH levels are also important. Find a better doctor for your girlfriend...

However, I was able to get medical insurance based on my income, (actually I wasn't working at the time) which is medicaid.
To apply you could go in the the local social services office in your city or online as well.
Please do no give up on yourself or on getting the medical attention that need.
I was even able to have the hospitals social worker help me reapply for medicaid.
I also want you to know that God loves you so much and I will be praying that you are healed in everyway.
Never, ever give up!!!

Yes it is possible to conceive naturally up until 45 and after that it becomes difficult then IVF will be needed. Possible to still have eggs until 54 if ovulating and menstruating. Menstruation does not always mean ovulation. My grandma had her last up until 55 naturally and healthy. Those eggs have to be viable. One clinic in NYC was able to use a woman's own eggs at 48 ( not saved eggs only her 48 year old eggs through IVF) and she conceived.

I wish my parents were 10 years younger when I was born. That way, I'm not taking care of my mom at 28 yrs old right now. I hate caregiving.
I’m sorry you feel this way, but maybe she felt she would be better equipped for motherhood later in life. I had my kids very early in life 3 kids by 22 and they grew up with me, I love them but wished I was older and more financial stable. Age doesn’t change the amount of love you give your child regardless.

Btw, the reason I was born late was because my parents got married late. They got married 3 years before I was born.
