    Would you saw that this is the technique that Ruth Asawa used. I have been looking for how to figure her technique out everywhere.

      @@ashleyshuler978 this isn’t Ruth Asawa’s exact method but she did use a Viking knot. She wrapped the wire around a dowel to create many loops at once and then wove the loops through. The method is easy and straightforward- the math in terms of adding and subtracting loops to make the form even is way more challenging!

      I found it really clear and easy to follow. Maybe just try it out if you're interested in learning the technique. The steps might make more sense if you follow along.
