They tried to come and steal his research, but he said no, no, no!
This video has been a long time in the making; Longer than you may actually think! I've had the idea to feature William using this song since 2010, though back then it was under slightly different circumstances. The original idea showcased William alongside Ellis from the L4D series, both being hopped up on their drug of choice. I'll likely still use this idea someday, in a short snippet.

I wanted to have this video done a lot sooner. 2016 was honestly a really tough year for me though, between finding work, my fluctuating health, and tragedy within my family. I wasn't able to work on this animation nearly as much as I would have liked, but there were long periods of time where it was more or less impossible. So, I really appreciate everyone's support and patience.

It was, I actually wrote and sang the lyrics myself! I changed the pitch to -10 on Audacity so that it would sound more like a dude.

I remember watching your RE4 trailer when I was 11-12 years old and honestly I couldn't stop laughing. You are the reason I started uploading videos and stayed with RUclips for so long. Now I'm 20 years old and when ever I come back to see your channel ,still active, it makes me feel all warm inside, like how I felt as a child. And appreciate your sentiment, things have been getting better recently so I've been really glad for that. Unfortunately I'm not the type of artist who finds creating therapeutic, so when there are times of grief and pain I find it difficult to work on anything at all. But I'm glad I could finally show this video for everyone to see, even if it took a while!
I, too admire Tekken. My favorite was that Russian guy, He looks very serious.. But my main was that lil' girl with the double bun hair, I really knew how to play with her and get a perfect sometimes, I can't remember their names sorry xD

Oh yeah, the original upload got copyright claimed and I had to reupload. Back then, stuff like changing the title sometimes helped a little with songs being tracked. Thank you for enjoying my stuff for such a long time!
Nothing like Birkin saying “My precious G-Virus” and now he sings a song about his research and adventure he had with the USS. Never played the classic RE2 but I’ll plan on to if I got the money for it on the PS store. Also love this Shadow.
I hope you get the chance, as there is a _ton_ of stuff from classic RE2 that is missing from the RE2make. In fact, RE2make doesn't even technically have the canonical story, so you definitely gotta give it a try if you can :)

Holy shit. I did not think you would do another re 2 themed animation at all. I though all the ideas for it were long gone, but this is frigging awesome. The song and animation together bring an old school feel that I literally can't find anywhere else on youtube regarding animation. awesome job leggy. Also seeing Birkin, ada, or Leon in any animation is awesome XD
Thank you! It probably won't last forever, but I'll keep dedicating musicals to RE2 and the other classics for as long as possible. And if RE2 REmake actually turns out to be amazing (like original REmake) then there might be a whole resurgence of potential videos.
@@ShadowLeggy as im sure you already know, it is crap. they have butchered mine and no doubt your childhood with that poor excuse for a "remake". the character models look crap, the lighting and atmosphere is crap, and i have reason to believe the Birkin cutscene won't be shown in it. let us stick with RE1 remake to keep us from depression :)
@@specialunit0428 Yeah... it's depressing looking back at this thread. I really was fooled by Capcom's lies about the RE2 "Remake" being what the fans wanted (circa 2015). Sure, lots of people have decided to become complacent with this OTS RE2make, but I'm not. My reaction animation will probably be the first and last video I do about RE2make.
@@ShadowLeggy thanks for replying :) I agree, CAPCOM has lied and I hope that they do a better remake with the alleged RE3, but if they are going to do a RE2 on it, they can just...well we shall leave it at that to keep this comment age appropriate :) if they kept the remake with the same style as their RE1 remake, they would have made millions. but they keep trying to incorporate the younger generation with their "blue umbrella" crap and RE7. atleast I can rely upon your animations to remind me of the good old days :)
@specialunit 042, no problem! Unfortunately I'd assume that since they're saying the current RE2make has "overwhelming support" then it's most likely that a remake of RE3 will be much of the same. I'll definitely be sure to keep the classics alive on my channel :)
