I totally agree with you about plants and nature forcing us to slow down and be patient. My garden has taught me so much this year. I tried growing hot peppers from seed for the first time and they require a LOT of patience. So many times I thought I had screwed up and that they would die, but then they exploded with growth showing me how amazing they are. Gardening has been my sanity in this last year and a half of the pandemic, watching life grow at its own slow pace without a care for what is going on in our human world.

Even though I have many siblings, I always spend time alone in the living room when it's still early in the morning. This room has many windows, connected to a little paradise that brings in the scent of flowers. Either from a plant my mom loves or laundry detergent that never changes. 😆
I also like to lie down and stare at the sky from the roof. Reading books with a blue sky background, i can hear the sound of birds flying freely and clouds moving on beautifully. The scenery changes every day, and each has its own story.

What a perfect home! So much love in the details, so much clean structure and so much warmth! What I love the most at my current place? This is a very good question. Sadly I live in conditions, where I don't have the chance to change a lot of my surrounding. And there is not one day, where I would'nt complain about this or that. But at least... I love, that it is a shelter from rain, it is warmth against the cold weather, it is large enough to store loved items without thinking too much about the room. And as I live in a typical german village... there is nature nearby. I love the richness of plants and animals, even when they are limited, in tribute to the overall destroyed environment. I love the wide landscapes in conterary to this ones in the city. I love the great and the little efforts, that are feelable and coming more and more impactfull in the minds of the people here, when it comes to protecting the nature.
