Might not be it, but yeah the actor playing Hood is Antony Starr , was born in Newzeland, and hugh jackman is from OZ, So might have that look , like Russel crow too and Karl Urban too so they might have a ozzie look going on !!1
not cancelled the interest and views were there. the Director bailed on it and decided to go onto other projects. It's a very awesome show and cast, I hope someone decides to create a spin off.
They scripted the entire Plot for 5 seasons. they where greenlighted to do those 5 seasons, but felt they where spreadings things thin and didnt have enough plot to actually go the entire distance. So the creators decided to end with season 4. I miss the hell out of this show but I think they did the right thing. They could pobably have spread the Nazi plot a bit longer and the Rebecca gangwar murder thing too but I dont see them fill an entire additional season with any of that. The satanism stuff I could have done without entirely. I think they made the right call. However maybe a movie every couple of years taking place in the Banshee world would be an option though?
