I've learned some new photography skills!!! Thank you sir😘😘
Happy to help!
Agree with you about the umbrella attachment and seems a really obvious detail for them to overlook. Enjoyable video as usual, always love your "positive" energy really brightens the mood.
Glad you enjoyed it Malcolm
You can just buy it. It's a separate accessory.
Nice one, great video and from the uk to. What's not to like 😀
Just bought a used one in mint condition £75
You had a little something going on in the background that I believed took you photos from being 100% perfect to about 95% that would have bothered me but we all have different tastes and likes but you still do amazing work.
What was that Rick?
@@ShootFilmLikeaBoss there was a table or something in the far background to my left to the models back right.
What a brilliant review!
And a RUclips'er from the uk as well. 🎉
The Bowens adapter sells it for me. I could use all my softboxes, beauty dishes, etc. with such a light
Yes that's what I enjoyed also.
Always love your vids! Cheers from Poland
Glad you like them!
awesome video!
Glad you enjoyed it
Cool strobe light. Also, I like his shirt 😊 I’m here in Florida 🌴
I was waiting for a Floridian to comment 😂, I've been Florida three times (Disney of course!) Loved Kissimmee Old Town! And saw a raccoon! We have UK friends living there also. They love it
@@ShootFilmLikeaBoss Yes, love the cars at Old Town. My wife’s from Portsmouth, I have only been over to England once. We’re hoping to get over there this year :)
Interesting video..I have never used modeling lights but may give them a go!!
Bowens mount easily slips off under the weight of a softbox.
Nice work especially considering the short deadline - it takes me that long just to figure out how to set up the light stands, lol.
Kyle (apologies if that's not right, old ears don't work as well as they used to) has a good face. Strong features and a lot of character.
He's tall! Which I didn't point out. I'm literally stretching up
Nice review. Thanks a lot. Just received 2 units of Colbor CL100X. My first light. But I am not able to connect the android phone to the lights. Did you have any issues to control the light using the android app?
Interesting, Rog. I guess it all depends on the asking price. Godox SL 100D is about £130.00, and although Godox is not a top make, it is OK. I wonder how much these will be?
Couple hundred Dollars on B&H. Godox has come on over the years. They are a very popular brand now.
Seem alright lights to be starting out with. I have the Interfit kit and I can attach a umbrella I got with it. Love the colour temperature on these and they seem more lightweight than mine although that can make them more flimsier. I like the fact that you can alter the dim and colour temp via an app on your phone, mine you have to stand on a chair and physically alter them😂.
I have older strobes and no WiFi. Yes, very handy indeed!!
Strobes are way better and so plentiful on the used markets, they will stress the model less as they don't need to sit under really bright lights all that time. And the output power is way higher, so you can use low iso films. For film use leds really struggle if you use any sort of diffusers.
Nice video! Do you think is a solid product in long-term? I'm looking for my first Led (photo/video).
Tks!
Yes I think so. Only time will tell, I've used mine extensively since and so far so good
Great shots! What lens did you happen to use for your digital shots?
Thanks. I used a Canon 28-105L. Wanted to use my 70-200L but I couldn't get back any further.
In a double diffused 90 cm softbox - what apperture/shutter speed combo I can expect shooting 100 and 400 iso film?
It should not be to hard just to drill a hole to attach an umbrella though.
Great video as always
I nearly did! I may do eventually. Would have saved me holding that diffuser. I have a large octa softbox I will try but my heavy duty stand is broken
