Intuitively, I do this too. Thank you for opening up and speaking about this. You offer jewels of insight in this video and others as well. Sending you love and kindness. 💛
Thank you, Sir, for your wise advice. A couple of years ago, I was struggling because of repeated rejections of my book manuscript, and I was blaming myself for not being good enough. I decided to extend kindness to myself and practice self care (sleeping well, eating hralthy, doing yoga), to balamce my moods as I continued to work a little each day toward my goal. I finally got a publisher and my book will be out next year 🎉 So I'd like to say to your viewers to extend that kindness and softness to yourself as well, and stay consistent in working towards your goals. Don't give up!
Great Dr. Anger management through emotional intelligence. Daniel Goleman's theory came to my mind here. The other thing I got here is detaching ego from one's human self, lest it should drive one.
I'd like to add that sometimes I also substitute teach, and it does tend to be quite a challenge. I mostly attribute the difficulty to the fact that I do not have any kind of relationship with the students, who are often taught more by discipline than by value of learning itself - thus not being as motivated when no real disciplinary measures can be applied.
@masoodraja Yeah, I watched some of your videos on post colonialism. However, in my presentation, I need to be precise and I have to discuss it as literary theory, so is discussing its history and one of its philosophers enough?
@ Thanks. Each of my videos has a list of books about postcolonialism. Obviously, if you are presenting on the subject, you can consult those books. There is also a playlist that explains the field with its major debates and texts: Postcolonialism Course ruclips.net/p/PLW4ijepGeAnb60jNHo7jxcdBUwSocZUHO

Dear Dr. Raja, than you for this powerful. What you propose is such a charismatic thing. This is true wisdom.

Thank you so much for your kind words.
Thank you. It’s also because it’s hard to establish a relationship with the students when you are a substitute.
I have a presentation on Postcolonialism. Could you please advise me on what to include in this topic? I would greatly appreciate your help.
Thank you. Please watch my videos on the subject. I have pretty much covered everything.
