Is there any doubt that only criminally guilty liars who have escaped prosecution consider mood (of others, and through agreements with others, themselves) to potentially be unpleasant (rather than nonoptimal)?
Vienna wasn't idiot-proof enough for a true idiot like me (bear with me). Vienna is a really scary place because of the power/money/corruption, as we all know [that one can't escape from those things, and everyone in Vienna DOES constantly remind each other about this cold truth regarding biological life and lifespans], but there are certain things which have happened there which were somehow WORSE than what is expected to happen in a "typical" jungle, and while it was all the victim's fault, the wariness to make any ambition of others into the responsibilities of all people (which is typical of Vienna residents) caused Vienna to miss an opportunity to grow/improve.
Toi Expensive to live anywhere in Fairfax County. You will be paying more for everything including Taxes for Personal Property! Find a different County to move to, and you'll be grateful for it, and so will your Wallet and Bank Account!
Hi Joseph, you are correct! Fairfax County is quite expensive. However, there are several very affordable and great places to live such as Sterling, Herndon, Centreville, and others. Do you currently live in Fairfax county?
Moved out of Fairfax County nearly 2 years ago because of a Job Transfer, and saving close to $1,000.00 a Month in Rent. Also my Property Taxes are a bit Lower as well. Will never move back to Fairfax County ever again if I can help it.

I didn't realize that there was also a Vienna, Virginia. I think I'll bang my head on my office desk for a half hour and see if that helps.

How fast are you driving because I'm looking at a map and there is no way in hell that it is a 20 minute ride to Washigton D.C.
It depends where you are in Vienna. If you are near i-66 you can easily get there in 20 min.
