The xfactor before the tac makes it unbreakable I believe. I’ve seen it used in anti Phoenix set ups
What makes it unbreakable is the fact you're stunned midair. There're a few things that stuns you midair, such as trish trap and deadpool thingie. Also remember, hard knockdown ≠ stun mid air
It only works if the tac is activated right before the deadpool thingie hits. If you do it too late it will still be countered despite the hit.
