    Thank you. Other videos make it so complicated, it's asinine. Like do a front tuck, straighten the legs just before your feet points at 12 o'clock position then do the twist. Tucking makes me rotate faster so I'll have even less time to think about when to twist or my eyes can spot anything nevermind the floor as i move too fast. Straight legs means I'll rotate slower
