I watched this video in my bed to relax me to sleep, but i wasn't sure i were going to fall asleep bc 17 min is short for me. but i was kinda asleep when i pushed my phone off the bed and boom, i was sleeping. i dreamt and then, something incredible happened: i had an ASTRAL PROJECTION!!!!! My first one!!!! I'm so shook right now. It wasn't long, i didn't really controlled things but wow it was so strange! When i came back to my body i said "goodnight everybody" as if i knew there was people with me watching me going through this and i heard multiples "goodnight" from different voices even the voice of my grandma (who is still alive) and oh i'm crying i can't believe it i wanted to do this for so long. I think there is something powerful about whispering meditation. I've listed to many before and no doubt they are good but this was just on another level. It's almost as if there is power in "whispering" something that the soul is attracted to. Something in whispering that is potent to the mind and soul. This wiped away a heaviness and tiredness instantly unlike others that take longer. Thank you
