Rimuru assumed that Carrion pre-awakened was 700,000 while Frey pre-awakened was less than 400,000. Rimuru's assumption meant that Carrion's power increased fourfold while Frey's increased fivefold, meaning the former pre-awakening should be at 693,384.25 while the latter pre-awakening would be at 389,746.8. Not really relevant to the topic but I just thought this could be a fun little trivia: Apparently 2 million is the requirement to reach divinity, though there is a margin for error allowing someone like Frey to attain it.
Also iirc, in Slime Diaries when Rimuru was fighting Hinata, the Ifrit he released wasn't "the" Ifrit but just an imitation/copy of him, which I found really funny cuz the real Ifrit was so hyped and proud to fight for Rimuru that moment only for an imposter to come instead. (I also prefered Iris, the name Rimuru came up with, because idk but "Charys," which I know comes from Charybedis, but still makes him sound like Chair anyway which I find weird)

Unawakened Clayman and other Demon Lord Seeds are are Disaster Class, so Greater Spirit Ifrit wouldn't be on the same level. Also the Ifrit that fought Hinata wasn't the same Ifrit we know. You learn this from Veldora Journals.
Not really, unawakened clayman was only a disaster class because he was on the demon lord council and just being a demon lord seed doesn't make someone a disaster class. Like for example, the orc disaster was already a demon lord seed after consuming gelmud but he was only considered to be a calamity class
when rimuru came out of the sealed cave, he was already at the calamity class level which is what most demon lord seed are rated so yes, plus dont forget that rimuru defeated the Orc Disaster too, another demon lord seed
