This channel really is such a gem. This year I started playing in a men’s league. First play since HS. This has really helped me update my playing style.
Hey dude, I just found your absolute gem of a channel because a friend recommended it to me. Your content's great, and I wanted to know how I can get good stick skills like you (like toe drags, switches, all those things) because im a sophmore and going into my second season, and when I try and do those things I can't even spin my stick without the ball falling out. Thanks a ton for the great content 😊
You need a lot of confidence in your 1v1 abilities and have the confidence that if you do get beat, your teammates will slide and have your back. Unfortunately, the X attack men are usually the player with the best vision and stick skills on the team. If you punish them early and make them not want the ball, and you constantly harass them with checks, your day will be much easier. Thanks for making D Lacrosse videos. People need to see them.
One of the best things I ever did was learn how to to play defense with both my left and right hands. Helps you takeaway the top side of your off side on the field
As a defender this is 100 percent the best Breakdown video I've seen.
Thank you so much!

Could you do a video on zone defenses/man down defense
A zone defense video could definitely be in the future. We have a man-down video here! ruclips.net/video/kyC0UI2Ru44/видео.html
Can you do a communication breakdown.
A full video may come in the future but the end of our team defense video has a little bit on communication. ruclips.net/video/CXrIybHK6Lk/видео.html
