I cannot thank you enough for this gift this morning! We recently adopted a kitten to help with the depression of our other cat after the death of his littermate and Oh My Gosh!!!!! I am so tired🙈 This felt like the hug I needed to feel good and remember this chapter will end soon😉

This is EXACTLY what I needed. Yesterday I had my 4th COVID booster shot(#6 vaccination total) with the typical sore shoulder, neck and arm. Now the stiffness has eased somewhat- whew 😅. Thanks PJ. Donna 🇨🇦

Is this ok for Osteopenia? Just finished my 30 day Osteoporosis Workout & loved it. (I’ll repeat again.) But this was so yummy - I did modify a bit and didn’t twist my spine. Thoughts?
Yes it is! And you can build up the ground a bit to do some gentle twists too.
