    I cannot thank you enough for this gift this morning! We recently adopted a kitten to help with the depression of our other cat after the death of his littermate and Oh My Gosh!!!!! I am so tired🙈 This felt like the hug I needed to feel good and remember this chapter will end soon😉

    Thank you! Did it twice already, one time at an evening after some sweaty workout and the other time first thing in the morning to waken up my 40year old body. Wonderful both times!

    I’m in Flight Attendant training and it’s so intense we hardly have a free moment. This came at the right time, I could squeeze it in this morning and tackle another day ❤️

    This is EXACTLY what I needed. Yesterday I had my 4th COVID booster shot(#6 vaccination total) with the typical sore shoulder, neck and arm. Now the stiffness has eased somewhat- whew 😅. Thanks PJ. Donna 🇨🇦

    Is this ok for Osteopenia? Just finished my 30 day Osteoporosis Workout & loved it. (I’ll repeat again.) But this was so yummy - I did modify a bit and didn’t twist my spine. Thoughts?

      Yes it is! And you can build up the ground a bit to do some gentle twists too.
