I remember watching this scene for the first time, Bond coming to the Ocean Club in his Ford car lol. It gave me an uncredible feeling of peace and freedom.
Thanks David for putting us on location at one of the coolest scenes in all the Daniel Craig movies. Gives a greater appreciation for the art of movie making. 😎
That was a great revisit to the Ocean Club. Memories flooding again. This was a stupendous day. The music captured the whole moment. God to see Daniel at the end.
Loving the Bahamas videos. My wife & I are booked in February for our 30th Anniversary. Staying down the street from the Ocean Club. She is graciously indulging ALL my 007 Filming Location visits while we are there !
Awesome video, would love to go there some day. So interesting to see so much of it was shot on location rather than separate set. Hope you had a fantastic time.
A lovely video sir. That music really adds to the mood! Congrats to whomever has composed for you. Plot 13! I tried and tried to speak to someone in the Ocean Club for the book, and then on the day, we meet that one correct but elusive person!
Great video David. Fantastic memories of that movie. By far the best plot line and story. It's amazing how much older Craig is now. Are we getting old? Never.
I was there in the 80s, long before Four Seasons bought them. Spectacular place. It looks different from what i remember. I just bought the Ocean Club coffee table book from Assouline, and it has lots of Bond pics! I didn't realize certain Thunderball scenes were filmed there. Great book, well worth getting.
Would be nice if you were able to track down the gorgeous actress Christina Cole who played the receptionist at the Ocean Club and do an interview with her.
Great video. Random question regarding the movie. Solange gets off the phone with Dimitrios and tells Bond they have all night. He states that they need some champagne and calls room service. She walks out of the room and Bond changes his order of champagne to one. Then we’re in Miami. I never understood this scene.
@@TheBondExperience lol, true. Seemed like I missed something. She snuck out like she was double crossing him which caused him to get slightly mad. Champagne for 2? No, for one! Two seconds ago they were gearing up for a fun night.
@@saint23saint She gets off the phone with Dimitri and says “he’s catching the last plane to Miami so we have all night”. Bond realizes he needs to leave immediately in order to continue investigating Dimitri. He continues ordering room service for one because he’s cheeky/a gentlemen.
That always makes me chuckle. Recordable blu ray systems were so few and expensive, not even the ocean club could afford one. Product placement at its finest 😂😂
4:01 Ummm no. That's not how he accessed the door in the scene. The door was already unlocked and he simply went in to check the surveillance videos. He didn't use his credit card to pick the lock.
@@williamcoolidge9884 I can't believe David got that wrong to be honest 😅 He probably got mixed up with the credit card lock picking scene from The World Is Not Enough.
Denial Craig was the perfect Bond in the first 50 mins of casino Royale, a killer only has eye 👁️ on his pray, he was laser focused, he’s a man with mission. Then…. He met vesper,
The resort looked so much luxurious in film.

I was just there 2 weeks ago visiting a friend it's very nice, there's is a beach bar as well great place
Thank you David. Wonderful.
Well done! Almost as good as being there. This will be a great way to remember it all.
Great video! I love that hotel. The style is just so Fleming! It says a lot that they hardly changed anything for Casino Royale. Best film ever!
Thanks David for putting us on location at one of the coolest scenes in all the Daniel Craig movies. Gives a greater appreciation for the art of movie making. 😎
I visited the OC the other day. So true. It is a compact building. Your video captures it well!
Yeah. You made it.

Lmao at the intro, fantastic Dave

Another great video. I need to get to the Ocean Club soon
Os vídeos sobre as locações dos filmes 007 são excelentes.
Parabéns pelo trabalho (forte abraço aqui do Brasil 🇧🇷).
Netflix please give this man a movie!! I love his stuff!
Great video David, and yet another location to add to my bucket list!
Its a must visit!
Excelent video! Nice to see the movie scenarios again! Thanks David
Awesome video David, I'm now searching for The Ocean Club to see if I can take my family there. Beautiful beach!!!

Amazing stuff you have all done!
Great Bond fix for quiet Bond times. Thanks, David 👍
Waw I love this. It brings me into some nostalgia 🥰
Have to go there one day
This is invaluable. To take a look round the real deal.
What’s the music at the end? It’s epic and sounds official
Thanks David for sharing and showing us the amazing film locations of the Ocean Club! 🏖🏝 It is better in the Bahamas! Kind regards from Germany. 😊
Just great David, as always.

Looks like you actually have a Centurion (Black) Amex card, not just a Onyx card; you are a modest fellow sir 😀👍
Great video!
"the German golf players car" are we still ignoring Goldfinger on Casino Royale? 😂
It’s be so amazing if we knew what BRAND white polo shirt he wore in the one and only…we’ll never know

He just leaves her waiting for him....so Bond!

Oh, absolutely. I was always wondering how we whimsically teleported to Miami all of a sudden. Great scene, nonetheless, but 🤯

The last enjoy bond movie 👍🏻👌🏻
Will you be doing a Casino Royale Style video like you have with the other Mr Craig chapters? Thanks

AWESOME.
Did you go to any Never Say Never Again locations?
Were can one obtain a TBE casio chip ?? I like it, i like it alot 👍
Did you say American Express ‘onyx’? The black card is actually called ‘Centurion’

So how about the villa Bond was staying in? Was that real? Or a studio?
It was definitely one of the actual villas that they have there.
😊👍
