I just found your channel 2 days ago and I've been binge watching your videos. This is SO needed now-a-days. I'm going to send the link to your channel to my girls so they know that it's not just mom who values good old fashioned home making. It's missing in today's society but their is a resurgence to interest in proper home keeping.

I did the main fridge and freezer today - so satisfying. I too had to toss a couple items 😪. Cleaning and organizing was really helpful and dinner plans for the next week are covered. I cleaned our big freezer/fridge thats in our extended pantry last week and didn't loose anything, its the "kitchen" fridge freezer, its a holding zone and sometimes I wish I didn't have it. Wish you the best thanks for sharing 🥂
Exactly! The refrig/freezer combo is the holding zone. It gets more disorganized than the extended freezer. I'm working on keeping one set of items only inside and duplicates in the garage freezer. Which of the other tasks resonated with you?
@@homemakingwithdenise Your sink cleaning, we are getting a new kitchen sink, I have chosen to go with on big sink, never had a garbage disposal. Sink cleaning is important and not just the kitchen, my husband went through and did a deep clean on the bathroom and laundry sink's this past week. Super important not only for being clean but maintenance.

Girl, my freezer was a hot mess and with two of us going in and out of it, putting things in, sometimes stuffing things in, it definitely gets at sixes and sevens. Hot mess! But now it is so neat. I am just keeping one of each item in the house. Duplicates go outside in the garage freezer.

Oh my goodness I’m so slow at everything. I did a deep clean of the refrigerator the other day. It took the entire day. I couldn’t believe it. I’ll never get ahead at that pace.

@@WeberEnthusiast If you're into grilling, I can see that your freezer could easily become a problem. The baskets in my garage freezer are a big help. How do you organize your freezer? Baskets? Bins? What?
@@homemakingwithdenise I have bins in the freezer . To keep organised. But still gets mixed up as I stock rotate as buy different meats for new recipes
