Dr. Tiffany Shelton was truly amazing. What comment or tip resonated with you most? Let’s see if there’s a theme.
Love seeing you guys together ❤
On the replay: when my kids were home, we homeschooled. I taught my kids how to do all the household tasks. I told them my job was to work myself out of a job. They ended up knowing how to live alone. Once they were in college, I started working again out of the home. Without extra people in my home, there was less mess. But I was experiencing exhaustion physically. A few years after the kids were dine with college, and the extra income wasn't as needed, I retired from work. I was only 54. But with fibromyalgia and arthritis, I was ready to be home. Now, using fly lady style planning and work, keeping things in order is no problem. Even if I need to have extra rest time, I know it won't be difficult to get back on track. I use Plum Paper customized planner.
I love that you both schedule self care. 🎉
Self care is a must!
Denise these talks are such a blessing to us Mothers ❤.
Oh my. Thank you. What other topics can I bring for you?
Hopefully I won’t forget the live!!
I do twice the amount of work to break time during productive times. Lee does the floor work (vacuum, mop, use the carpet cleaner), the yard work, and all the painting. He also does part of the cooking and helps take care of our autistic teenage son Daniel. I swing kettlebells when I wake up six days per week. I do my other hobbies every free moment I have.
It’s been a long time since I’ve been on here! Hello
