I had more rbc more haemoticrit
Epo level 12 in normal range
Jak mutation not detected
Is this polycythemia

If jak2 negative then u must go for mpn reflex panel test if that also comes negative then bone marrow biopsy only option ... If mpn is present in marrow with jak2 negative then it is idiopathic polycythemia if not present then it is secondary polycythemia

Thanks for the reply… my Nebido injection has increased from 8 weeks to every 14 weeks. I’ve also starting using a Cpap Mc as I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnoea. The red blood cell count has started to come down now
