Simon Johns is a name you might be familiar with if you’ve been around the streetboarding world for a while.
With over two decades worth of experience, Simon found his niche pushing the boundaries of technical rail riding with a long list of iconic tricks.
Whether it’s a famous street spot or your local skatepark flat bar, you can be sure that Simon will want to leave a mark with his repertoire of difficult tricks that he’s meticulously dialed in over the years.
Simon has a broad taste in heavy metal music that can be heard pumping from his car stereo to and from the spot. With this in mind, and the talent of streetboard legend and artist, Jack Johnson, the “Storm Fiend” graphic was born.

How are you pushing with both feet strapped to the board?
Thanks for the question! Both footplates articulate so you can generate speed by twisting in and out. We have tutorials on this channel for getting started which breaks down the movements and gives you a better idea of the physics behind it. ✌🏻
So you glued your feet to a board configuration with wheels
Something like that. You use bindings rather than glue and the board is shaped more like a snowboard with a similar construction. The footplates articulate so you can generate speed on the flat without needing a hill. ✌🏻
snakeboards got a rebranding? this looks exactly like a snakeboard
Dragan is not the first company to make boards with wide crossbars, if that's what you mean. The wider bars became standard in the 2000s. Look up the video "streetboarding enough said" to see where things were in those years.
