Hi Holly, I have been doing a natural laundry routine for many years because my daughters have super sensitive skin and so do I. I am so sensitive to smells I feel like whenever I smell fabric softer I just smell chemicals! I use 7th generation laundry soap unscented, I’ve tried different recipes and always come back to this but I’d love to try your laundry booster recipe! I use Epsom salts for the bath and they make lavender or rose scented which might smell nice for the booster. Happy New Year!
Apparently the fragrance in the detergent / scent boosters / candles / etc. are estrogen mimickers so they can mess up your hormones and cause other issues (I’m not an expert but this is from what I understand).
Thank you! I am going to try doing all of these. My son has very sensitive skin and gets rashes on his face so I have to be careful what type of detergent I use.
@@HollyHomebody this is probably a weird question, but could you send me a sample of what you made so i can try it out before i sign up? it is ok if you can't.
I was a young living rep, but I can’t afford their Essential oils! Honestly I can’t see how most of us are going to afford essential oils Along with other Young living products if the food supply is short? I would love to find another essential oil that cost less than YL or Detara ( how ever that’s spelled). Anyway great video but It’s not cost effective for me.
Rocky Mountain Oils is a good company; will provide third party test results per lot. And you can earn points on their site. They also have good sales.

So the scent booster beads are toxic? What about Tide Detergent? Is that less toxic or just as toxic? Thanks for the video.
