There is a huge difference between delhi of those days and Now , Even kolkata was far better than delhi in 1990s delhi was horrible ,thanks to delhi metro , AND NCR REGION THAT changed delhi so much.
The whole city has been upgraded,you will be surprised when u visit it now ,everything is better, the only exception is the autorickshaw still being driven by a bunch of dacoits
