It's called being a halfway decent cook.
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 lemons, grated
1/4 cup fresh lemon
3 eggs
2/3 cup buttermilk
1/2 vegetable or canola oil
mix ingredients above together
add in dry ingredients below
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
don’t overmix batter
350°f 40-45 minutes
