I hope you enjoy Verity, I LOVED it, like “read 75% of it in one sitting because I couldn’t put it down, “ loved it. As far as I remember, I think that’s the only book by her that I’ve read, but my bestie AKA “my book dealer” has read a bunch of hers and said Verity was the only one she gave 5 stars, so there’s still hope for this one if you didn’t love her others. The first author that came to mind when you mentioned wanting something fun and/or beachy , was Emily Henry, I’ve really liked all of hers that I’ve read, but I feel like Book Lovers, People We Meet On Vacation, and Beach Read fit that summer vibe really well. charlotte i loved this video! as for books to read, my favourite book of all time and one i think you'd really enjoy is the invisible life of addie larue, it's a book set throughout time that follows a girl who is cursed to live forever but have everybody forget her, literally out of sight out of mind, until one day she meets a boy who remembers her. it's my absolute favourite book of all time and i will forever recommend it to everybody.

Curious what you’ll think of Misfit! I am a big Elle Kennedy fan but Misfit was a bit of a miss for me. Also know exactly what you mean about being so focused on the wording of a book you don’t vibe with- speed read to the end or dnf and move on lol.
i've told you this before and im telling you again...ik how you are with scary/creepy things so don't read "verity" at night, at least not when you're nearing the middle bc that's when it starts to get pretty unnerving lol. such a good book but a bit creepy at times

I read Beach Read last july and absolutely loved it!!! Definitely want to read Happy Place this year 🙌🏼
