In the summer of 1976 I fell in love with this song, and after seeing the band on TV Daryl Braithwaite was my first crush. The "Howzat! album was the first LP I ever owned (I won it in a competition in Look-In magazine!). This performance 30 years later is amazing. I wish I could have seen the band in concert, I bet they were incredible. I still love Daryl's music and have a lot of his albums.

Sherbet, awesome! Harvey James, what a legend. We are so lucky to have so much talent in Australia that sadly didn't make it big overseas. Sherbet, Midnight Oil, Radio Birdman, Hitmen etc and then there's talent we have and don't know too well or support locally that do make it, Air Supply, Airbourne, Dubrovniks, Nick Cave, Saints etc. What a fickle industry kids.
The drums on this sound amazing, really tight and with more resonance than the drums on the original record (which were also fab but maybe a little deader with them being from the 70s)

That was what hit me! Daryl's kept his voice healthy as hell to be able to sing at that range over 30 years after his prime!
