In March, I was stressed because of work and faced heavy hair fall So, so after a month later, I started using littlllexttra coconnionn hair shampoo and oil and their neem wood comb to help detangle. I've been following this routine for nearly three and a half months now. I'm happy to confirm that my hair fall has reduced significantly. Very useful diet plan again sister!! Let me share my diet plan so that it will be useful for others too. Chia seeds water in the morning, cut pineapple( recently to improve my scanty periods), banana and some nuts and one cheese stick for breakfast. Then sprouts salad with veggies like onion, tomatoes, cucumber, carrot, cabbage, boiled eggs and bell pepper ( lunch). In the evenings I have the poriyal/veg kootu that I had made for lunch for my family. Dinner I have idlies with chutney/ parupu podi by 8 PM. Weekly one/two meals I do have cheat meals. Workout everyday for an hour. I have carbohydrates once in a day so that I won’t get constipation. I have to reduce 8 kgs without any hair fall.

It is commonly for harmonal imbalance check your thyroid and pcod and PCOS level and cut down you oil foods, junk items and take every day 2 Tsp of coconut oil in empty stomach you will get the proper result

Use very little amount of Baking soda without aluminum in under arms after bath. You never get too much sweat and smell.

Check your vitamin levels vitamin D and B12. Same as you said happened to me then I checked the vitamin level
