Ecu on add blue tank is faulty . Check wiring mate sure not bad wiring and if none and voltages are good tank needs replace possibly ecu may be able to replace
Id say the tank its self is your problem tge vans iv seen have a complicated unit on the pump . If its going to get extremely expensive have a professional electrician that specialises in remaps . Delete add blue and nox sensors . Make sure no cow boys do it as they make it worse @@SimonPegg-hz8ei
