I used be super hungry on rest days and ended up falling off wagon so look at my calories and I increased just by 200 calories per day and now I’m less hungry on rest days
As a meal on its own that sounds fine, but it's all about the context - how much and what you're eating over the day is important not just a single meal

That sounds like a good idea! Such a little thing to change but it can make a huge difference!
So i ate brown rise with chicken and pineapple and carrots mixed with a sweet & sour sauce is it ok?
