- Bill Burr, Tom Segura and Christina Pazsitzky talk about the late great Patrice O'Neal and how he had the best game with the ladies (lay-deeees) and how he would insult them all the way to the bed. Also, how he used to destroy other comedians backstage. Eddie Iift said it the best - "Oh Sh**, he saw me"

RIP Patrice. 🕊
I would love to hear his take on the world today, he was a free thinker and a real free speech warrior.
A righteous man taken away from us too soon.
If you listen to a lot of his old podcasts when he was on the Opie and Anthony Show he talks a lot about what is going on today and the bullsh!t it brings. I wish he was alive because not many people that are famous have the balls to call out all of this wicked sh!t and he definitely would have
Patrice the number 1 and I’ll continue to say that
Taken away? He met them half way.
I m a comedian, 33, my first book was a George Carlin book. But I some how missed the late greats from the 90s even thought my dad gave me all the VHSs right.
I found Patrice on Netflix, a week after his special, 3 months before tragedy. His special didn't like, change me, the thoughts I always had just seemed to be more apparent.
God I envy your come up. That scene would make you so good at everything. Id give 20 years of life to have lived a week of that era. Fuckin Jesus what a great vibe. Would have been like gladiator school.
I LOVE the fact that even though its been almost 13 years since Patrice O'Neal passed away Bill Burr is STILL praising/condemning and promoting him and keeping his memory Alive!
Me too man. He impacted a lot of people. Can only imagine how much those closer to him like his good friends and family. Even from the outside every couple years I go through most of his material again and think about how freaking amazing the things he would have been doing the last 13 years would have evolved to and been.
Patrice would be furious with Burr for the phony he way he acts today - especially keeping patrices good friend Anthony cumia away from his benefit.
Condemning?
Never once heard Bill condemn Patrice, not once.
@@ianworley8169 LISTEN to this Again. "I hated him" - "He was the worst." You are not listening.
Patrice was the all time greatest comedian in my option not only a comedian but a philosopher
"but those are the broken girls " No. Christina coping.
They’re all broken. That’s the thing. The Game is about finding that one weakness and exploiting it to drop her defenses. Some use it for good, because they see an otherwise good chick behind her front, and others use it to get a notch on their belt probably knowing she’s a piece of shit and not worth anything besides sex. The latter is becoming far more common
Someone needs to create an "Entourage" style show about Bill's era in Comedy with Tough Crowd crew during the Cellar years
Now THAT is a good idea for an episodic show!!
They would probably make it incredibly gay and pozzed. Let's be honest.
A chat about a comedy legend with a comedy legend and a middle life crisis
Pretty much watched everything Patrice on the Internet
Long live the king 🙏🏽
reminds me back in the O&A days .... when shit was fun...
wow did that trainwreck.... wreck....
There ya go. We talk shit to each other y'all do it behind each other's backs. Which is also historically personality as well as wealth based
Women always think they are different then other women. However, they all like the same things which causes a bottleneck for the guys who have those qualities. So the guys missing one or two can pick off the back of the line. And farther away from the ideal man the farther back in the line of women you can try to pull from. We are all broken Christina!! Your married to a hilarious-psychopath. Love you Jeans😂

For those that don’t know why Patrice was kicked out of the Comedy Cellar…it’s cause he made fun of Manny (the Owner of the club) teeth 😬 😂🤣😭
Patrice has crazy teeth too😂 so it’s ironic that he would take it so personally
@@the_prophecyyy Patrice knew he wasn’t perfect by any means…he made fun of his own diabetes and the gap between his teeth.
Which episode is this from and is there video?
Sadly, Patrice is what we’re missing in todays comedy world.
Dave Chapelle is really the only one still just doing whatever the fuck he wants in the face of cancel culture
Can you imagine if he were still here? A lot of comics wouldn't be known right😂 now.

@@boombazookajoe7480 I dunno, this fake, hypocritical, bitchy society would have used his wrongly convicted rape case to destroy him. Me Too took a really good comedian out who was huge, Louis C.K.
He was calling out the beast of the industry before anyone had the balls to do it, which is why they would have tried him. I like to think he would beat them.

"Women have to like you to sleep with you, men have to like you to sleep with you again."
-Patrice O'Neal
I love patrice man, one of the best.... that's one of the most false things ever said
@@Trolololyoulose Women have no skill to find the man she wants. Women can't get over being rejected. Rejection for a dude is not important to us since. He can stick it in a wall and be happy.
@@Trolololyoulose how is it wrong lmao
maybe when he was young he could sleep with women, but not after he got fat

I will never get sick of hearing Bill tell stories about Patrice
To this day I'm still convinced Patrice O'neal's magic rub off on a lot comics...including bill...he made them better
Iron sharpens irons
And people made patrice better too. Don't be a groupie
I'd hate to think how terrible Kevin Hart would be without Patrice.
Oh he absolutely did. Burr has told stories about how Patrice would hold court in front of the cellar with the other NYC comics and ducking away for a few minutes so he can make sure he has at least 5 comebacks and insults in the chamber before being seen since Patrice made it a whole thing among all of them to roast each other in brilliantly funny ways. If you ever listen to Patrice clips on O&A whether it's with Burr, Bob Kelly, Vos, Colin Quinn, you name it, he was the best and funniest dude in that studio who made everyone up their game.
You don't have to be convinced, a lot of them openly talk about the influence he had.
Patrice would of ruined christina 😂
Absolutely he would have 🤣
"uuugghh"
Just like Joey Diaz did with that one legged woman story 😂😂
He would have ruined Tom for having his wife as co-host on his podcast too 😂
I would of loved to hear Patrice tear into C, can't stand her
It makes me genuinely elated that folks are still speaking about and paying homage to the late great Patrice O'Neal. One of the absolute funniest human beings in existence and one of those comics who made other comics around him up their game. When you're a comic's comic like a Norm or Patrice, you are etched in comedy greatness forever.
🙄
Preach!!!
Patrice definitely had a dog house!
I like that Bill described Patrice as the raid boss of their comedy circle.
This cartoon proves my theory that bull burr is Conan O’Brien with his face upside down
I’m high. Turned my phone upside down and giggled. Thanks

I was high af when I stumbled across his special on Netflix. That was my intro to Patrice, I've been hooked since then
HE'S PARALYZED!! 😂😂
@@thisislargemouth5566 Get up stairs Susan, warm my bed up!
I still listen to the Black Philip Show sometimes to get my mind right when I have to talk to women
I recommend The 5150 Show
I love how christinas condescending "wow" didnt affect the great stories lol
Never knew Christine was a comic 🤷🏽♂️
RIP Patrice. I'm from a small country most of people never heard of and I can't describe how much he influenced me to be a better person.
Liechtenstein?
Vanuatu?
Brunei?
Valhalla?
Petoria?
I had a friend like that.. missing teeth, fake jeweler, loud and funny af. He once insulated a lady literally walking from the bar to his house . They eventually banged on the side of some random house 🤣🤣🤣
So many guys don't get it, not giving af is sexy, add if you speak with confidence and have a great sense of humor...money
God sometimes I sit back and smile thinking about how huge the Patrice O'Neal podcast would be today Patrice O'Neal and Joe Rogan both on Spotify dominating
Man, Patrice was a force in comedy. I wish he was still tearing things up

“That’s so awful” -girl . “It made us better” . -Bill . It was necessary
exactly.
THIS is exactly why the 2 "comedians", specifically, Bill's speaking with here are only a cpl of the countless modern comics (the label being highly arguable) who EXCRUCIATINGLY UNfunny.... they've been indurutizted, that is "tested through the fire".
My favorite comedian Patrice, giving everyone hell 😂😂
A national icon
I saw Patrice when he started out in
Boston. He was ruthless, no Fuc*s given. That’s part of what made him great.
love this discussion about patrice. good times😂
11:30... Burr basically just called Tom and his wife hacks.... lmao. Rip Patrice
PO is the GOAT 🐐 of comedy. RIP 🪦. I regret I never saw him live at Carolines.
The only one who could stop Patrice was himself. GOAT
Patrice was part of the pua/redpill legendary group.

@@brazilian_orthodox pick up artists.
@@GE0attack he isn’t. He says it on one of his radio shows, Black Philip Show. He doesn’t teach you to have confidence. He teaches the higher level stuff - how to keep your chick and still be a happy man
@@brazilian_orthodox I have watched every single black Phillip episode your right but what Patrice teaches is being a pimp to do that you need experience because you have experience you get confidence
I truly believe behind Joe Rogan Patrice O'Neal would have had the biggest podcast ever
That's a terrible idea.
"Its just something women dont understand because you dont have to convince people to have s*x with you"
I just like hearing Patrice getting the love he deserved. He changed the lives of so many of us.
Can you imagine how epic listening to a three way phono convo between Patrice, Bill and Bobby would be?
If you haven't seen any of the Tough Crowd episodes here on RUclips you should. Both Patrice and Bill show up in it, some of the funniest television of all time for sure
A comic once said that black men give the best compliments. Patrice pointing out a scar on a forehead and saying “i like that” proves this lol 😂
How are these stick figure faces so accurate? 🤣 Tom Segura is spot on 🤣
Why do you continue to disrespect Patrice by not allowing the actual crew that knew him to do the Patrice benefit? Having Pete Davidson on the benefit? Really Bill? Don't want anyone that would remind everyone of Opie and Anthony (the guys that launched Bill's career into the mainstream).
His wife won't let him lol.
As annoying and as wrong as it is. At least Billy is raising money for Patrice's mom and family, so thats respectable. But 100% I agree with you. Just because Billy and his wife have beef with Ant doesn't mean he gets to ban him for Patrice's benefit. It ain't about them. And Patrice would hate that Pete Davidson and comics he doesn't respect or like, being there over Anthony. But like I said at least money is being raised for loved ones that he left behind.
Every time Bill lists off comics, he always forgets one and tacks Bobby Kelly on at the end
Reminds me of English classes when I was 14-16; just everyone in the fucking class making fun of each-other. Used to remind me on the gang-up days and me slowly turning round the tables; that shit ended up in a lot of fights after class lmfao.
That's how you learn what you're made of as a kid becoming a teenager
This is how to remember a great person and friend. People since the beginning of time wanted to live forever. None could've predicted you live on in the hearts and minds of the people you touched. You can tell Bill loved Patrice even when he says he hated him at times. You know it comes from a place of love and respect. Rest easy my dude and know you'll always be loved
Guys used to be men. We made fun of each other and insulted each other all the time. It made us stronger. It made us feel included. Men insult each other and don't mean it. Women compliment each other and don't mean it.
Patrice the legend, miss his comedy and we have needed it more than ever over the last 8 or so yrs.
Bill burr telling stories about slapping shit out friends hands and making fun of each other is how I grew up and loved it
Patrice would tell Tom Segura : " youre better than christina"
Bill really misses patrice man...
Patrice was fearless. I've never seen a more fearless comic.
The host girl saying it's "broken girls you can always manipulate". Bill Burr as always takes a stand "it's still work , you women don't understand". That may sound insulting but it's 100% fact.
I feel blessed to grow up with Opie and Anthony 😢
Patrice was always with beautiful women his girlfriend is 50+today and she's still beautiful I saw her doing stand up and I wanted her so bad 😮
Patrice O'Neal is an absolute LEGEND, damn man, I miss him and his opinions Soo much
Patrice in the world of podcasts wouldve been unmatched
I would love to hear Patrices thoughts on the world today
The 1st time I visited NY with some friends back in 2013 we went straight to the comedy cellar multiple nights because we were all huge Louis CK fans, even when we couldn’t catch a show we hung out at the Olive Tree bar upstairs. And even though Patrice was gone and Bill probably moved to LA at this point, the comics table was still there, way in the back next to the bar. Norton, Tracy Morgan, Louie, they were all sitting there, probably still ragging on eachother 😁
I miss telling some kid on the back of the bus, your mom's so fat, when she left you and your dad, she said she was going to the grocery store and never came back.
Patrice would have been cancelled today without a doubt
Patrice was basically canceled then, before the concept of being canceled was a thing- in that- as talented as he was, there was no way he shouldn't be bigger than any comedian on the planet. But that's the price of being as real as he was. He was the professional bridge burner. Thank god O and A was around then, and we truly got to witness his brilliant comedy and philosophy.
Audible has the Opie and Anthony tribute episodes. It’s something like 10 hours of Patrice lighting everyone up. Burr included.
Thank you so much to the editor! All the images made this anecdotes twice as funny!😘
Nothing beats old school comedy, Patrice was the man 😂
I want to believe that if he was still alive he'd always have a small part in movies Kevin Heart produces, and maybe he'd make his own tv show like Louie and keep doing clubs all the time. We've lost such a huge talent..
HE ONCE CONVINCED A DEBT COLLECTOR TO FLY TO HIM FOR A HOOK UP, THATS UNBEATABLE
Boston Native here. I never left, still live here.
I live where Patrice O'Neal used to be.
As i walk around, i always think to myself:
"So this is where it all went down"...?
The absolute Legends that took place later on in life.
I can see the changes in the environment, and with media, and man, i feel how much of a dislike i have towards it. I always wonder how what would of been had these comics still been around. Would it have reached such drastic lengths?
Man, Boston seriously did go through such a change. Almost as if it lost it's character. But i'm guessing this is happening in California as well.
I can still sense what once was. It pains me to no longer be able to experience those moments in person. Solely through media.
You can tell how much he loved patrice
I love how much Bill loves Patrice
Weirdly I wasn't a huge fan of Patrice's stand up but when he was on radio just riffing he was untouchable
His stand up is incredible
I feel the same way, although it will invite flames. I wouldn't say I disliked his standup, but I still enjoy him much more on shows like Tough Crowd and just hangin' with his buddies (even when hearing it only as hearsay like here).
He was the Suge of comedy lmao
that drawing of patrice pointing😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Patrice O’Neill was the king of comedy and so few people don’t even know anything about him
I’ve got a friend that does the same shit…if he starts going in on you, there’s nothing you can do, but hope he notices someone else
Patrice O'Neal was the Gold Standard.
Know a guy with that level of charisma, only his move is being genuinely nice and kind. He's never said a compliment he didn't mean. He could find something beautiful in practically anybody and make you feel seen and proud of yourself. He was also a total horndog. If you make people feel good about themselves, legitimately good not just flattered but positive about themselves physically, mentally or emotionally they will want to be around you, it's really very simple. I try to find something beautiful in everybody too, I know the power of a well crafted and delivered compliment.
Imagine what Patrice would have to say about the Tom Seguras and Bert Kreishners of the world if he were around today
I feel like a lot of us knew someone like Patrice. That one buddy that could just take one look at you and pick out what would cut the deepest and say it in the absolute funniest way possible. No filter, no holding back, just chops you down and makes you crack up.
Pretty sad to hear that most comics all loved Patrice O Neal and thought he was one of the next up and coming greats. It just breaks my heart for his family and friends/other comedians around him, Bill himself seems to never have gotten over it and always has this somber tone when he speaks about his friend. Bad things tend to happen at the absolute highest points in our lives and I guess we just have to keep moving. Rest in peace to a legend.
Patrice would hate segura
the "i like that" tactic is so damn good that i didn't even know it was a thing until someone explained it...
it works both with compliments and "insults" (like the example of pointing out a scar)
my entire life i worked service, and i learned that the best way to get a pleasant experience with whoever you deal with, is to notice something about them, and ask them about it. usually doesn't matter what it is. the principle is showing "interest"
this method got me dates, jobs, friends, you name it.
the meaning of life when you are out in society is to make it about everyone else. a tiny bit of compassion goes a long way.. and you learn to be at peace by not talking about yourself or bitching about your problems..
love you all ;)
True wisdom. A lot of this is backed up by ancient philosophies like meditation and psychology techniques like DBT.
Anybody else watch this for too long before realizing they don't need to be switching their gaze back and fourth between stick figures who aren't actually speaking.
If patrice was here rogans podcast pals would not be doing comedy and acting like those Netflix shows good 💯💯🤣🤣
What exactly is a new York 9.. a Swedish 4.... lol
There may be no better indicator of how fcking nightmarish modernity has made America that comedians can't even talk to women.
Being funny has been scoring men women out of their league for thousands of years.
Billy Burr piggyback riding that giant ape I'd beyond annoying.
We all know Patrice loved and respected Colin more than any other comedian of that era.
