Man I just wanna thank you for the door design. I used steel tubing..but it works out the same. I did some modifications due to weight and had help from my engineering buddy. He's a fabricator and welder as well. Used to build rzr cages etc. He did recommend a kicker to take stress off the hinges. If I could figure out how to send a pic I would....mainly wanted to say thanks though!

Those bullet hinges are the best! I used them when i built tool boxes for my flatbed

What did you use for the door hinges
I used a steel bullet hinge and I welded mounting plates on them. One side of the hinge bolts to the ranger and the other bolts to the door.
