I was doing 33 pull ups. Then I filmed myself and I saw that my form was shit. Jesus all those years... but I always travel and train alone. Now I am doing 15 clean and I'm growing wings.

It's super strange...but, although I am a female...in a wheelchair...Will inspires me. It's very hard to burn calories consistently in a wheelchair, but through his videos I've learned it's the little changes, that add up and stick. It's like caloric monopoly, got to spend them wisely. My budget is limited but I hope to get some exercise equipment one day and keep improving. My 9 year old son is also a fan. Much thanks.

One of these things I like about these videos is they show us just how much people can push themselves when it’s on the line. I feel a lot of people I train don’t know what they are fully capable of and even myself at times.
I don't think anyone is able to use their full potential, just think of the people going in to a psychosis, their strength can just skyrocket and they are so much stronger then they normally are, imagine if we could unlock that part of the brain or whatever it is.. I think Eddie Hall was very close when he did that world record deadlift etc, he talked about how he went to a very dark place to be able to lift that.
That's a great gym, and the people seem awesome, specially the big guy, that's a dude everyone would be lucky to have as a friend, uplifting someone that naturally and seamlessly means the guy is just wired to be kind to others.
Jacked people can rarely do that many pull ups. It’s the skinny lean people who can’t bench 150 that you gotta watch out for. They’ll bust out like 50 sometimes it’s crazy

It's refreshing to see such a video where the video makers show times they don't compete with out of shape folks to look super superior. To be fair, a lot of these guys were pretty big, and in lifting, size is a HUGE advantage, to the extent competitive lifting always has strict weight classes (and a lot of them). Now, in the events where it was just lifting your own bodyweight like dips and pullups -- that's completely fair as it was, even if the challenger did have massive arms.

Yeah he was a heavier guy on those pullups and still pushed out 20. If you weigh more than 210lbs, pullups are no walk in the park
