Thank God. I barely do this mistake. I never ever drive above my mines when there is arty. Or in tank combat i only drive over if i know the other tank is reloading.

One of the reasons i never plant AT mines unless i am going full defensive or need to cover some specific area. So many times my or teammates mines exploded under my tanks when i was counter-pushing...
@@themetallurgist3541 I agree with you on that, its just that lot of bad experiences made me reconsider: "how much mines is too much mines", and for example, in 4v4s, i only plant few (2 or 3) AT mines at critical spots or somewhere where i dont expect to move my tanks any time soon. Instead of planting mines Infront/alongside the frontline where i move my vehicles trough often.
Wehrmacht is my favourite CoH2 faccion because is the most versatile and "historically acurate", but is the most frustrating to use...well they are the most historically acurate and they lost the war, so... PD: OKW is my less favourite faction on the game
I didn't play OST until this summer mainly because it is a bit static and you don't have the margin of error that you have with the other factions (because of 4 man squads). However, now I think it is much easier to play with since you have all the options to counter different strategies of the opponents. To my eyes, OKW is a good faction and if you pass the mid game without losing any squad, you are going to win the game. I don't have the least favorite factions, but I am usually performing worse when I am playing USF (Although I have played it the most!)
@@themetallurgist3541 OKW is my least favourite not because i think they are bad or incapable of win a match, is because they are too OP; the OH on the other hand are my favourites but on my opinion the weaker faction of all (for the 4 man squads, etc...), but versatile, the weakest and the most versatile My ranking of factions is OH, SU, USF, UKF and OKW, but i no order it for power, only for the fun i have playing with them and in front of them

Probably the expectation comes from the fact that most casters are high ranked players that dedicated a good amount of time to the game. But I am a grad student that can barely find the time to a play game.
You just dont put mines on the frontline but on flanks, only exception being when enemy retreats deeply and allows you to leave a "present" on their territory.
actually no one expects a howitzer carriage to blow up 2 fucking mines at the same time and snare enemy tanks you were kinda lucky and that wasnt even calculated but at 1 of his mines got your jackson it is a big sucsess looking at his luck
I know I got lucky, but his strategy of spamming mines everywhere on the map was a huge mistake. Mines should be put in a way that you don't face the chance of hitting it yourself.

Ur just bad at placing them in the right place in the right time. Even with multiple defeats u kinda feel where they move tanks now, having that knowledge wins

Well in game you can drive and walk over your own mines. They got triggered by shells hitting the tanks.
