She is a very good judge i love her but from what was shown in this case the defendant does not owe the money, the man who invested should have equally done his investigations, you cannot invest such huge sum if money without knowing who you are paying to etc. The judge felt for the plaintiff and so do I and I'm glad they court is helping with medical bills. I feel sorry for him but law cannot be sentimental and in this case the judge was. The person the plaintiff needs to bring to court is the person the money was paid to and call the defendant rather as his witness but will I guess law if Africa works slightly differently
